  1. 'Lee Mi-na will start the next game for South Korea'published at 21:53 British Summer Time 7 June 2019

    France 4-0 South Korea

    Pat Nevin
Former Chelsea and Scotland winger on BBC Radio 5 Live

Lee Mi-na will start the next game for South Korea. She has been tremendous since she came on.

She's a classy player, she's quite slight but every ball is sensible, intelligent and played crisply.

  2. Postpublished at 90+2 mins

    France 4-0 South Korea

Lee Geum-min leaves her best until the 92nd minute. She dances past one defender, then another, before she's brought down unceremoniously on the left touchline.

She has the ball at her feet again a few seconds later but her curling strike is blocked on the edge of the box.

  3. Postpublished at 90+2 mins

    France 4-0 South Korea

All three of Amandine Henry's goals for France since the start of 2018 have come from shots from outside the box.

  4. Postpublished at 90+1 mins

    France 4-0 South Korea

South Korea try to galvanise one last attack but Yeo Min-ji is penalised for handball in the right corner.

The stadium announced then tells the crowd there will be three minutes of stoppage time left to play. I think the French could play all night!

  5. 'She is the best player on the field'published at 21:49 British Summer Time 7 June 2019

    France 4-0 South Korea

    Pat Nevin
Former Chelsea and Scotland winger on BBC Radio 5 Live

The entire team went over to Amandine Henry, the captain to show what she means to them.

That was a nice moment. She is the best player on the field today. Just listen to the reaction when they announced the goalscorer. She's a brilliant player.

  6. 'The cherry on top'published at 21:48 British Summer Time 7 June 2019

    France 4-0 South Korea

    Tom Garry
BBC Sport at Le Parc des Princes

That strike is the cherry on top, and the crowd are in awe.

Meanwhile, tonight's sound engineer at the Parc des Princes must be a Katy Perry fan. She's on a hat-trick. Her hit 'Roar' is their latest choice of goal music - which it seems we're set to hear throughout the tournament - and roar is precisely what the hosts have done tonight.

Ashley: That goal wasn't too shabby.

Muzzy: What is it with the French team and the name Henry, what a finish!

  8. Postpublished at 88 mins

    France 4-0 South Korea

That's France's three key players all on the scoresheet. A ruthless and impressive performance from the team but also Amandine Henry, Eugenie Le Sommer and Wendie Renard.

If there were any doubts about how France would cope with the pressure of playing on their home turf, the signs tonight are that they are here to light the place up.

  9. 'Absolutely phenomenal'published at 21:46 British Summer Time 7 June 2019

    France 4-0 South Korea

    Sue Smith
Former England forward on BBC One

She has been absolutely phenomenal in this game and she deserves that goal more than anybody.

It's a fantastic finish and you knew it was curling into the top corner as soon as it left her foot. Not only does she dictate play but she has the confidence to score goals like that.

  10. goal

GOAL - France 4-0 South Koreapublished at 84 mins

    Amandine Henry

OH MY! What a goal this is!

Amandine Henry glides through midfield and nobody wants to touch her. She just edges closer and closer to the box before curling an outrageous strike, which ripples the inside of the right corner.

Inch-perfect and unstoppable. Pick that one out!

  11. Postpublished at 83 mins

    France 3-0 South Korea

Cho So-hyun has been frustrated all night. The Chelsea midfielder has been kept under wraps and she is penalised for a tussle on Griedge Mbock Bathy, who is just too strong.

Eugenie Le Sommer then gets a little stamp on her toe and is wincing as she gets to her feet.

  12. Postpublished at 81 mins

    France 3-0 South Korea

Six of the previous seven host nations of the Women's World Cup have won their opening match - France will make it 7/8 in around 10 minutes time.

  13. 'She would love to have that chance again'published at 21:40 British Summer Time 7 June 2019

    France 3-0 South Korea

    Pat Nevin
Former Chelsea and Scotland winger on BBC Radio 5 Live

That was South Korea's first real chance of the game. Lee Mi-na had to get that on target. Wendie Renard's concentration went there for a minute.

She had players bearing down on her and she just panicked. She would love to have that chance again.

  14. CLOSE!published at 79 mins

    France 3-0 South Korea

France build-up the attack so well with some neat, one-touch passing before midfielder Elise Bussaglia drills a powerful effort towards the keeper's top right.

It's not too far away but it fizzes wide, to the South Korean keeper's relief!

  15. 'She couldn't make the goalkeeper work'published at 21:39 British Summer Time 7 June 2019

    France 3-0 South Korea

    Sue Smith
Former England forward on BBC One

It was a real mistake by France and Lee Mi-na does well to get into that position. It's a good first touch but then it's about being cool in your head and making the goalkeeper work.

    She couldn't quite do that.

  16. CLOSE!published at 78 mins

    France 3-0 South Korea

Oh, this is one she won't want to see again. Lee Mi-na is through with only the keeper to beat as Wendie Renard (of all people!) misjudges the flight of the ball.

Lee is quickly chased back by the French centre-back duo and put under pressure and she lets it get to her, dragging her chipped shot way wide of the left post.

    France 3-0 South Korea

The pace of the game has started to settle down a little now. The French have made a few changes and South Korea have tightened up at the back.

A dangerous cross in from the right is comfortably dealt with and the South Koreans try to build some momentum in midfield.

  18. 45,261 fanspublished at 21:34 British Summer Time 7 June 2019

    France 3-0 South Korea

    Tom Garry
BBC Sport at Le Parc des Princes

The attendance is confirmed as 45,261, with all the tickets having sold out weeks ago. When the early goal went it, it felt like there were around 60,000 people in here.

  19. 'Really behind their team'published at 21:34 British Summer Time 7 June 2019

    France 3-0 South Korea

    Sue Smith
Former England forward on BBC One

The expectation is so high and the fans think their team can win it so they are really getting behind their team.

  20. Postpublished at 73 mins

    France 3-0 South Korea

A cross from the right causes some problems for France. The keeper is flapping, Amandine Henry is under pressure and nobody knows where the ball is landing.

In the end, a free-kick is given for a nudge on the keeper and it's a let off.
