Cameroon's players need to get off the pitch. The manager needs to do something and get his players in the locker room.

There's a lot of emotion. If Cameroon take the emotion out of it, they will realise the goal is onside. The freeze-frame was up on the screen inside the ground for about three seconds. Whatever Cameroon's players saw, they took judgment on it.

I thought they were going to all sit in the centre-circle.

Helles: Are there no TVs in Cameroon? Otherwise the reaction of their players doesn't make any sense... By far the most unsympathetic team at this tournament.

Dave: Cameroon are making no friends today, sad really.

The whistle does go. There's boos everywhere. The Cameroon coach is shouting at his players.

They are gathering again in the middle of the pitch.

Eventually the players get on with it and take the kick-off. God knows what the England players were thinking.

Surely the whistle will go for half-time now?

She has been so clinical. Whenever she gets an opportunity in front of goal - absolute quality. When she is through on goal she is absolutely brilliant. What a great time to score.

The replay is shown in the stadium and the Cameroon players are going crazy! They are refusing to play!!!

They think she was offside. What replay are they watching? She was clearly onside!

Another terrific finish from Ellen White!

She is threaded in by Lucy Bronze and completely unmarked, she swivels and places the ball into the bottom left corner.

The referee thinks she's offside but she's not, surely?

Robert: Am I missing something? Defensive players are touching the ball before goal kicks leave the penalty area.

Rae: Well done England for being 1-0 up, BUT, do they practice passing and moving at all?? What is Phil Neville doing as coach?

Sy: If i have one criticism of England so far, it is they don't have a domineering midfielder, one that comes towards the ball and shows. Someone with the quality of Norway's Ingrid Engen, really impressed with her, a Rolls Royce in the middle.

Cameroon sense an opportunity. They are able to race down the right all too comfortably and reach the backline before Jill Scott intercepts a ball on the edge.

Fran Kirby manages to squeeze a lovely through ball into the box for Ellen White. The striker hits it first time but the shot is well blocked by the defender.

Toni Duggan then honks the corner straight out for a goalkick.

What I love about Phil Neville is it's never good enough. He is always thinking there is always more that England can do.
