Crystal Palace v Bournemouth (15:00 BST)
Crystal Palace
Terence Ford, Back of the Nest Podcast
A win today could see Palace finish 11th and outsiders will think that we would be satisfied with topping the bottom half. Palace won for the first time at both the Emirates and the Etihad (the only team to do so this season), were the only team along with Barcelona to put three past Liverpool and boast more away wins than all but the top two and Spurs. Then there was Andros Townsend's goal at Manchester City. A goal like that can make an entire season in itself and created a memory that I will be sharing with my grandchildren in years to come.
But we lost twice to Brighton and only Huddersfield have endured a worse home season than Palace and this has often come down to Roy Hodgson erring on the side of caution too much at Selhurst Park.
Player of the season: Aaron Wan-Bissaka

Mike: Really excited for the climax of this years Premier League title race, but today for me is all about Julián Speroni who will be leaving after 15 years at the Palace. A real club legend who will be sorely missed.
Poor planning. Someone will have a wedding...

Leicester v Chelsea (15:00 BST)

Chelsea's season could still end with some silverware after they eventually got past Eintracht Frankfurt late on Thursday night. Add in a guaranteed top-four finish along with a League Cup final appearance and you'd have to say it has been a decent campaign for Maurizio Sarri despite a few bumps along the way.
Leicester need just a point to guarantee another top-half finish, and they came close to tilting the title race in Liverpool's favour on Monday night until Vincent Kompany's wonder goal.
Only the top two have earned more than Leicester's 16 points from the past eight games, which is testament to the excellent start made there by Brendan Rodgers, who was of course once on the coaching staff at Stamford Bridge.

Mark Scott
Match of the Day commentator
Fulham bid farewell to the Premier League on Sunday but they won't be saying goodbye to Scott Parker, who has landed the manager's job on a permanent basis, having overseen three wins from the last four games as caretaker.
It remains to be seen whether Newcastle's manager is still in charge next season, with the Toon fans desperate for Rafael Benitez to remain as talks continue about a new deal.
Meanwhile, both sides' star striker might be making their final appearance for the club, with Aleksandar Mitrovic tipped to leave Craven Cottage, external and Salomon Rondon's very successful loan spell on Tyneside coming to an end.
Fulham v Newcastle (15:00 BST)

Miguel Almiron, Sean Longstaff and Florian Lejeune continue their rehabilitation from injuries.
Crystal Palace v Bournemouth (15:00 BST)
John Roder
Match of the Day commentator
This match could be a tale of two goalkeepers at opposite ends of their careers.
Nineteen-year-old Mark Travers made an impressive debut for Bournemouth last weekend, while 39-year-old Julian Speroni will bid an emotional farewell to Crystal Palace after 15 years at Selhurst Park.
Speroni received a special "Chairman's award for Outstanding Contribution" at Palace's end-of-season awards, external this week, having made over 400 appearances for the Eagles.
Both teams would finish on their highest ever Premier League points total with a victory, with Bournemouth moving above Palace if they were to complete the double over the home side, having won 2-1 at the Vitality Stadium in October.
Crystal Palace v Bournemouth (15:00 BST)
James Tomkins, Mamadou Sakho and Jeffrey Schlupp are out for Crystal Palace, while Christian Benteke and Scott Dann are both injury doubts.
Goalkeeper Julian Speroni, who is leaving after 15 years and 405 games, has asked not to be handed a farewell appearance out of sentiment., external
Teenage goalkeeper Mark Travers is again set to start for Bournemouth.
The Cherries remain without a host of injured players, including Dan Gosling, David Brooks and Dominic Solanke.
Burnley v Arsenal (15:00 BST)
Alistair Mann
MOTD commentator
There are several permutations but Arsenal's season could still end with Champions League qualification or entry to the qualifying stage of the Europa League.
While victory in Baku would render their final position in the Premier League table academic, defeat to Chelsea and suddenly their pre-season plans could alter dramatically (and just ask Burnley how demanding Europa League qualification in July can be!).
It means this game has genuine significance, as anything other than an Arsenal win could allow Manchester United to take fifth place off them and, with it, possible automatic entry into the Europa League group stage.
Burnley v Arsenal (15:00 BST)
Fit-again Burnley striker Peter Crouch, whose contract expires this summer, will hope to make his first appearance since March.
Full-back Phil Bardsley has recovered from a gashed leg and is also vying for a recall.
Ainsley Maitland-Niles is available for Arsenal after missing their last league game through suspension.
Aaron Ramsey, Denis Suarez, Danny Welbeck, Hector Bellerin and Rob Holding are all still injured.
Just one hour and 15 minutes until our final team news of the season.
I'm holding respectable if dull top-10 places in my two fantasy leagues. Must do better.
Tottenham v Everton (15:00 BST)

Player of the season: Lucas Digne
Signing of the season: Lucas Digne
Goal of the season: Gylfi Sigurdsson (Leicester 1-2 Everton, 6 October 2018)
Disappointment of the season: Another season of frustration for Ademola Lookman – just three league starts.
Mark for manager (out of 10): 7 Free flowing, attacking football has established a much needed identity at the club. Stuck to his guns with zonal marking and it’s paid off with eight clean sheets in the last 10 games.
Mark for season (out of 10): 6 Some great highs, some desperate lows (Millwall in the FA Cup) and Everton have ended up where they were last season. However, this time there’s momentum, optimism and identity and a much greater foundation for the future as opposed to the bleak outlook that festered under Sam Allardyce this time last year.
Brighton v Man City (15:00 BST)
Brighton & Hove Albion
Scott McCarthy, WeAreBrighton.com
First half good, second half not so good as a famous Swede who once managed England used to be fond of saying. At the start of the campaign, most Brighton fans would've been delighted with Premier League survival and a run to the semi-finals of the FA Cup.
But to have gone from being 12 points clear at Christmas to winning only two league games in five months and relying on Crystal Palace beating Cardiff to keep us up means that there are plenty of questions to be asked this summer.
Player of the season: Lewis Dunk gets more plaudits because of the homegrown factor, but Shane Duffy has been the better of the two this season. Having seen first hand last week what a shambles Arsenal are at the back, a club like the Gunners could do a lot worse than tabling a big money bid for Duffy this summer.
It probably says a lot about my attitude to academia that I can't for a minute imagine missing a day of football to revise for an exam.
if you don't know it by now...
