Watford v Brighton (15:00 BST)
Watford
Watford head coach Javi Gracia: "We try to keep the same good things we did last year and try to repeat it in the same way.
"Every season is different and you never know what is going to happen in the next games but our mentality is the same as we had last season."
West Ham 0-5 Man City
West Ham United
West Ham boss Manuel Pellegrini, speaking to BBC Sport: "First, I don't think the score reflects the difference between the two teams. They were lucky with the first goal they score. When Manchester City are ahead they are very dangerous. We were also lucky in the first goal in the second half. We must improve in defence and be more aggressive. You can have positive things also when you lose this way.
On VAR: "It is not easy to get used to it, but I think the result will be fairer if we use it in the right moments. Football is so fast today it is impossible for referees to see all. It will improve football."
FT: West Ham 0-5 Man City
West Ham United
West Ham boss Manuel Pellegrini, speaking to BT Sport: "We knew before the game it would be difficult. It is difficult to talk when you lose 5-0. I don't think the score reflects the difference between the teams. There were key moments. When you give time an space to this team they make it count.
"We must play as a team. I repeat, in the first half I was not happy in the way we play. In the second half we give too much space.
This game will be useful. We know this Premier league is difficult. Maybe we can be a bit more aggressive. I give you the statistics. Man City had 13 fouls, we made five.
On VAR: "I think it is fair for both teams in the way we use it. This was a goal that was offside and for the penalty they decide it must be taken again. It will improve the fairer result of games."
Tottenham v Aston Villa (17:30 BST)
Micah Richards
Former Aston Villa and Man City defender on Football Focus
The difference to Fulham last year is that Villa have got a really good core. They've brought in Tom Heaton, Tyrone Mings did great last season, and they have Jack Grealish and John McGinn, plus experience with players like James Chester. I think with the way Dean Smith wants to play, and the quality they already have there, Villa will be totally fine.
Burnley v Southampton (15:00 BST)
Burnley
Burnley manager Sean Dyche: "I think we have made some good signings, albeit not thrashing around the money again.
"The squad has a rounded feel to it and we hope that bodes well with that competitive element in the group."
Burnley v Southampton (15:00 BST)
Bournemouth v Sheffield United (15:00 BST)
Bournemouth
Bournemouth manager Eddie Howe: "Once we get everyone fit, I think it will be the best squad I've ever had to manage here.
"I've been hugely impressed by Chris Wilder and what he and his staff have done [at Sheffield United]. They've gone up through the leagues with their philosophy and style and I have been impressed watching from afar."

Micah Richards
Former Aston Villa and Man City defender on Football Focus
I'm looking forward to watching Sheffield United because they don't change the way they play for anybody else. In the Championship they always had the ball but in the Premier League it's going to be different so I'm excited to see how they do.
Watford v Brighton (15:00 BST)
Brighton & Hove Albion
Brighton head coach Graham Potter: "We're going to a well-organised outfit who play to their strengths very well; they were FA Cup finalists last season and were strong in the Premier League, so we're under no illusions about how difficult it will be.
"We need to be ready for that. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't excited, but it isn't about me.
"It's about us as a team and as a club trying to get off to a good start and show what we've been working on."

Manchester City
More from Pep Guardiola, speaking to Match of the Day: "First game, away, 0-5 is an incredible result. We have to learn what today we have not done properly. I believe more in the tactics, simple things, come back to basics and what you have to do. That's normal."
On hat-trick hero Raheem Sterling: "When people who play outside in the wings can score goals, your team will score lots - it's good, all the pre-season games he scored goals. But in the first half, he can do better."
On VAR: "You have to be mentally strong when VAR is not on our side. You think at 0-3 the game is almost over but at 0-2, the game is completely different. You have to be calm and be strong, it is going to change the dynamic not just for the team but for the spectators.
"It will be a good lesson for our future."

FT: West Ham 0-5 Man City
Manchester City
Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola: "Difficult away from home, 12:30 kick-off, hot. The first half was not good. We didn't control second balls and lost a lot of balls.
"It was important to get three points, a clean sheet. At 2-0, they have a chance. Overall for the first game it is an incredible result.
"Second half was much better. More calm, but still we have many things to improve."
On the use of VAR: "We lost a little bit, the instant? After what happened against Tottenham in the Champions League - the passion, now we can control that emotion. It's good mentally, you have to be strong, have to learn to control our emotions."
Burnley v Southampton (15:00 BST)
Burnley
Burnley chairman Mike Garlick looking ahead to the new season on BBC 5Live: We started last season in early July, we took a camping trip, Europe was certainly a distraction. The fans were good , it wasn’t what we were used to, we would like a bit more consistency this season. I think the aim is always to start the new season stronger than we finished last season. We are stronger on paper than we were. Everything at Burnley is a balance, we want to keep sustainability but we want to win on Saturday.
Watford v Brighton (15:00 BST)
Burnley v Southampton (15:00 BST)
Southampton
Southampton manager Ralph Hasenhuttl: "It will be a tough game again. I think in the first game nobody knows exactly how good he is.
"We need a very good mentality, a very good group and this is what we prepare for."
Crystal Palace v Everton (15:00 BST)
Everton
Everton manager Marco Silva: "I know better the club, our players and everything is more clear for us.
"Our target is to do better in the Premier League, and to do something special in the FA Cup and League Cup."
