That's incredible. It can't just be down to the thickness of a shirt. I don't want to talk about it anymore because I feel like I'm repeating myself. It just doesn't make any sense at all to me.

Biggest cheer of the game from the West Ham end as VAR rules out Manchester City's third.

City fans had just started goading the Hammers supporters but is now the home fans who are aiming ironic cheers at the away end.

VAR certainly adds an element of pantomime to proceedings.

    Oh dear...

This is just too good from City and too easy from West Ham's point of view.

One-touch stuff from David Silva and Raheem Sterling before it's cut-back into the centre and Gabriel Jesus just pokes it into the net from a few years out.

West Ham lose possession in midfield and are punished. Riyad Mahrez accelerates away and slips it left to Kevin de Bruyne.

The midfielder steps past one opponent and draws in another two, creating space for Raheem Sterling on the left.

De Bruyne holds before slipping him in and Sterling coolly slides it through the keeper's legs.

Jason Bell: West ham have done well, played football instead of sitting back, City started slow but Silva once again showing why we don't want him to leave.

    West Ham 0-1 Man City

    Paul Parker
Ex-Fulham and Manchester United defender on BBC Radio London

The second half's started how the first one finished, with City having good possession.

With Antonio going off I think we'll see Lanzini play closer to Haller with Fornals more on the left-hand side and working from there.

Oleksandr Zinchenko lifts a ball in for Raheem Sterling but the winger is too far out and his looping header is comfortably held by the keeper.

Moments later, Rodri and Sebastien Haller meet in an aerial tussle and the Man City midfielder comes out on top.

People asking for yellow cards. When you look at replays, Wilshire throwing himself to the floor most of them were not even fouls, poor West Ham tactics.

    Richard

Is it just me or is this City team not great to watch? Technically very very good, but the constant side to side passing is hardly dynamic.

City start off with the same intensity they finished with in the first half. A period of slick, first-touch passing, finishes with Oleksandr Zinchenko on the left.

His low cross is hooked out for a throw-in by Issa Diop.

Just eavesdropping on a couple of West Ham fans conversation to my right and they are impressed by what they have seen of Sebastien Haller. They are big fans of his hold up play and ability to bring in others. Arnautovic who? Was one comment...

How do you think summer signings Rodri and Sebastien Haller have got on? It will be interesting to see whether West Ham bring on Pablo Fornals in the second half.

Man City also have Joao Cancelo on the bench.

Lukas: Liverpool drew here at a key stage of last season and I think that’s where the title changed hands. If Man City win here it’s a big win.

CT: Would be interested to see the professional foul stats for the first half. Really destroys free flowing football. All the progress on technology/VAR but this cheating gets ignored.
