Every Norwich fan is pointing at their wrists and looking at the referee as Raheem Sterling bends another shot at the keeper.

Almost there.

Gabriel Jesus turns on the edge of the area and gets a shot away... but it is weak and scooped up by Tim Krul, prompting huge cheers from the home fans.

They think that is it now...

Brilliant turn and run by Sergio Aguero, who curls a low shot towards the bottom corner but Tim Krul gets across to make the save.

There is a nervous silence around the ground now.

Manchester City piling on the pressure and they win a 15th (!) corner. Kevin de Bruyne plays it short then finds Oleksandr Zinchenko who hits an effort aimed at the top corner but Sam Byram heads away.

Raheem Sterling delivers a fine ball to far post, he finds Nicolás Otamendi and his header looks destined for the back of the net but Tim Krul gets a superb hand to it.

City are still applying all the pressure in a desperate attempt to get goals back. There has been something missing for Manchester City all evening. I was really confident for City when they scored late in the first half but that moment of madness from the defence just after half time summed up their game today.

Into the final five minutes and it is going to take a moment of magic for Manchester City to rescue this now.

Raheem Sterling, to his credit, is trying his best to make something happen for the visitors but too many of his colleagues have had off days.

Emiliano Buendía, what a game he has had. Norwich's creative spark is running on empty and Daniel Farke wisely decides to bring him off. He leaves the field to a standing ovation as striker Josip Drmic replaces him.

This is a big night for Norwich and you can feel it in the ground. Every time you think the fans cannot get louder, somehow they do. They are the epitome of the twelfth man, they are getting behind their team, spurring them on.

Manchester City have made all their changes, Norwich have not made one but still their players are snapping and harassing the Manchester City players in possession. They are absolutely good value for their two-goal lead.

Final change for Manchester City as Riyad Mahrez comes on. He replaces Bernardo Silva.

Manchester City are staring at the possibility of falling five points behind Liverpool at the top of the Premier League unless they can find a couple of goals from somewhere.

We know he has greatly improved but there are still so many little problems to Raheem Sterling's play. He's making a lot of mistakes today.

Raheem Sterling drives forward with the ball midway inside the Norwich half. He looks certain to slip in Bernardo Silva but Sam Byram gets a crucial touch to take the ball out of the City player's path.

From front to back this has been an excellent display by Norwich. Every player doing their bit.
