Quote MessageLets be honest, the goalkeeper should be saving that all day long. When you see James Forrest get into those areas, he's become so clinical.
James Forrest
So often Celtic's big-game player on these occasions, James Forrest has Celtic Park on its feet and the disco lights flashing as if it's Saturday night down the Savoy.
He skips by one player, bursts into the box on his right side, scudding a shot across Linner. The AIK keeper gets a solid hand to it - he should save it - but instead the ball loops into the air and bounces in at the back post.
Celtic 0-0 AIK
And, within 20 seconds of one game finishing, we are back underway at Celtic Park.
Didn't even get time for my empire biscuit...
HT: Celtic 0-0 AIK
Here is the half-time story from Celtic Park.
FT: Legia Warsaw 0-0 Rangers
Aaaaaannnd it's full-time.
Rangers hold off Legia in the second half, but will be frustrated they couldn't make their early dominance count.
Happy, Rangers fans?
Seconds left...
Legia Warsaw 0-0 Rangers
Legia scramble the ball clear, but Rangers still push.
Legia Warsaw 0-0 Rangers
Ojo receives medical treatment after a tackle from Jedrzejczyk near the corner flag with a minute of added time still to be played.
A great position here for Rangers to put one final killer ball in...
Legia Warsaw 0-0 Rangers
Steven Gerrard stands in silence on the touchline as the crowd do the exact opposite. Glen Kamara and Jermain Defoe come in for Scott Arfield and Alfredo Morelos.
A sign surely that the Rangers manager feels there is a goal still to be had in this game. Three minutes plus stoppage time to go...

Quote MessageThey've been better in this second half Legia, they've really taken it to Rangers trying to get that decisive lead that might be vital going to Ibrox. They've asked a few questions and have probably been the better team in this half.
HT: Celtic 0-0 AIK
Legia Warsaw 0-0 Rangers
Only 10 minutes left in the Polish Army Stadium. Can Rangers not only keep a clean sheet but get a precious away goal?
Give us a thumbs up for yes, thumbs down for no!

Quote MessageIt really is the thick black line from AIK. They're really compact, really defensive, there's no pretense over what sort of result they're here for and they will feel they are halfway there. Frustrating for Celtic so far and goalless so far.
Celtic 0-0 AIK
Kolbeinn Sigthorsson collects a corner at the back post, flicks it up in the air, turns, chests it down, and attempts to volley it into the back of the net.
But, of course, there's no way he was going to get the time to do all that, and by the time he pulls the trigger he is crowded out.
Celtic 0-0 AIK
Legia Warsaw 0-0 Rangers
Allan McGregor showing his class there.
Martins was played in down the right side, breaking into the box at speed. He rifles off a fizzing shot across the former Scotland keeper, but the veteran shot stopper rolls back the years, thrusting himself down low to block.
What happens in the last 15 minutes here is anyone's guess.
Alfredo Morelos
The Colombian goes into the book for stopping a quick free-kick being taken.

Quote MessageMorelos had a chance at scoring but for me he's got to lift it to get a better chance to score as he's one-on-one at the angle, brilliant reverse pass from Arfield. You don't get a better chance for that for Morelos. Suddenly they're up the other end and Rangers get away with one.
Celtic 0-0 AIK
A claim of handball in the AIK box. It would have been harsh, and not sure he got much of an advantage out of it, but it did appear Sebastian Larsson kicked the ball off his own hand.
