    Everton manager Marco Silva makes five changes to the team that lost to Sheffield United in the Premier League on Saturday. Mason Holgate, Djibril Sidibe, Tom Davies, Alex Iwobi and Dominic Calvert-Lewin all come in, while the likes of Gylfi Sigurdsson and Michael Keane are in reserve on the bench.

    League One side Portsmouth make two changes for the south coast derby as Brett Pitman and Ryan Williams return to the starting XI.

    There's five changes for Premier League side Southampton from the side that lost to Bournemouth last Friday. Alex McCarthy, Maya Yoshida, Ryan Bertrand, Danny Ings and Michael Obafemi all come in.

    Preston, third in the second tier, make six changes from their 1-0 win over Birmingham.

    After losing 2-1 at Leicester at the weekend, Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino makes 10 changes for their trip to Colchester.

    There are debuts for two youngsters - Republic of Ireland Under-21 forward Troy Parrott, 17, impressed during their pre-season tour of Asia, while England youth international centre-back Japhet Tanganga starts in defence alongside Davinson Sanchez.

    Eric Dier captains Spurs as he makes his first appearance of the season after being out of favour so far this term, while Dele Alli returns after struggling with injury.

    Kieran Tierney makes his full debut for Arsenal against Championship side Nottingham Forest.

    The Scottish full-back has been sidelined with a groin injury since his £25million move from Celtic in the summer. Rob Holding starts for the first time in 10 months for the Gunners while Gabrielli Martinelli makes his first competitive start.

    Nottingham Forest make six changes with only Matty Cash, Yuri Ribeiro, Tiago Silva, Joao Carvalho and Joe Lolley keeping their places in the side.
