  1. GREAT SAVE!published at 15:28 British Summer Time 28 September 2019

    Kilmarnock 0-0 Ross County

Alex Bruce almost gives the hosts the lead, as he rises highest from a Rory McKenzie's free-kick but Ross Laidlaw manages to get a hand to it and turn it wide.

He's again called into action minutes later, saving well from Osman Sow's long-range effort. Killie turning the screw.

  2. More injury woes for Heartspublished at 15:28 British Summer Time 28 September 2019

    St Mirren 0-0 Hearts

Central defender Craig Halkett goes off hurt, compounding Craig Levein's injury crisis. Christophe Berra comes on. Pretty good cover, to be fair.

St Mirren's Ilkay Durmus fires a cross towards the back post to Kyle Magennis who makes a good connection but fires it just wide. The Buddies are beginning to come into this one.

    Hamilton Accies 0-1 Livingston

    Alasdair Lamont

The home fans are disgruntled round about me in the main stand - partly at their team’s performance and partly at some of the referee Steven McLean’s decisions. The award of the free kick that led to the opening goal was one of them and from this distance it looked like they had a point. The smattering of Livi fans, on the other hand, are very happy with the assured start they’ve made.

    Rangers 1-0 Aberdeen

Rangers go close to a second goal.

Aberdeen can't clear the ball, it falls to Alfredo Morelos who has a shot at goal but Michael Devlin is back to clear off the line.

  7. PENALTY APPEALpublished at 15:24 British Summer Time 28 September 2019

    Kilmarnock 0-0 Ross County

All of a sudden this game has been kicked into life and Ross County want a penalty.

Michael Gardyne's shot blocked in the box by a stray arm. Killie may have got away with one there...

  8. Mystifying miss from Colepublished at 15:23 British Summer Time 28 September 2019

    St Johnstone 0-0 Motherwell

    Tyrone Smith
    BBC Scotland at McDiarmid Park

I think everyone at McDiarmid Park is still scratching their heads at how Devante Cole managed to send the ball over the bar from so close, with an empty net at his mercy - a miss that really has to be seen to be believed.

  9. What a miss!published at 15:22 British Summer Time 28 September 2019

    St Johnstone 0-0 Motherwell

Motherwell's Devante Cole misses an absolute sitter, somehow scooping the ball over the top from just a yard or so out.

"Miss of the season," squeals BBC pundit Allan Preston.

Two attempts gone for St Johnstone. Liam Gordon's header from the right side of the six yard box is close but not close enough after a corner and Stevie May's shot from outside the box is blocked.

  15. goal

GOAL Hamilton 0-1 Livingstonpublished at 15:15 British Summer Time 28 September 2019

    Alan Lithgow

Livingston open the scoring with a wonderful header at the back post with a second goal of the season for Alan Lithgow. The visitors have taken advantage of a free-kick on the right flank, in which the ball was swung across the goalmouth where the towering central defender was waiting unopposed to tap it home.
