  1. 'Potential high-scoring encounter'published at 14:28 British Summer Time 19 October 2019

    Bournemouth v Norwich (15:00 BST)

    John Roder
    Match of the Day commentator

We often hear managers say they are looking for a reaction from their team after a heavy defeat.

That's certainly what Daniel Farke will be hoping for after Norwich's 5-1 loss at home to Aston Villa.

Callum Wilson, Josh King and Teemu Pukki will be anticipating multiple chances to come their way, as Bournemouth and Norwich are the only Premier League sides not to record a clean sheet so far this season.

This has the potential to be an exciting high-scoring encounter.

  2. 'Everton were so much better'published at 14:27 British Summer Time 19 October 2019

    FT: Everton 2-0 West Ham

    Matt Lockwood
Former Leyton Orient defender on BBC Radio London

West Ham have been outworked, out played and poor. As a manager you are not going to be happy with a performance like that. Everton just so, so much better in every way on the pitch today.

No excuses for West Ham being this poor really. Not got that many internationals, had a long break and know from previous performances that we are better than this. If it weren't for poor officiating and poor finishing from Everton, this could have been a very embarrassing scoreline indeed!

  5. FULL-TIMEpublished at 14:23 British Summer Time 19 October 2019

    Everton 2-0 West Ham

A big result for Everton. It ends a run of four defeats on the bounce. Marco Silva goes through his team on the bench, celebrating each one of them.

A disappointing day for the Hammers, who were not good enough.

  6. 'Everton deserve it'published at 14:22 British Summer Time 19 October 2019

    Everton 2-0 West Ham

    Matt Lockwood
Former Leyton Orient defender on BBC Radio London

It's been a thrilling game. Everton should have put the match to bed a long time ago. You have to say they deserve it. It was a great strike. The relief on the players face now is paramount.

  7. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 90+4 mins

    Everton 2-0 West Ham

Bit of concern for Yerry Mina, who has picked up a knock and is going off. He's replaced by Mason Holgate.

  8. goal

GOAL - Everton 2-0 West Hampublished at 90+1 min

    Gylfi Sigurdsson

    What a goal!!!

Gylfi Sigurdsson, a second-half substitute, pulls off a screamer. It's straight into the top left corner from outside the box.

He runs off into the corner, sliding towards the flag. Game over.

  9. Postpublished at 90 mins

    Everton 1-0 West Ham

Declan Rice curls it into the centre and Yerry Mina does exceptionally well to slide in and make the block.

Everton are on the break now...

  10. GREAT SAVE!published at 88 mins

    Everton 1-0 West Ham

Moise Kean uses his body to shield the ball in the air. He steps back and leaves it for Gylfi Sigurdsson who has an immediate impact.

He hits it first time and the keeper sees it late, diving low to his right to squeeze the ball away.

  11. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 87 mins

Gylfi Sigurdsson is now on for Everton too. Alex Iwobi goes off and gets a decent applause.

This has been the problem for Everton all through Silva era - some decent performances but don't have the strikers to finish teams off.

  14. GREAT SAVE!published at 84 mins

    Everton 1-0 West Ham

This is BIG from Jordan Pickford. The resulting corner, which should never have been given, is nodded into the centre at the back post.

It falls for Angelo Ogbonna, who blasts it towards goal and it takes a deflection before Pickford draws a brilliant reaction save.

  15. Postpublished at 82 mins

    Everton 1-0 West Ham

Everton have a two-on-one break with Theo Walcott and Alex Iwobi. Richarlison is arriving too but Walcott ends up running it too much and it's gathered in by the keeper.

Moments later, Djibril Sidibe is completely hacked down on the backline but West Ham are given a corner. This will be controversial if they score now...

  16. HITS THE WOODWORKpublished at 81 mins

    Everton 1-0 West Ham

Oh this is nice! Theo Walcott and Alex Iwobi link-up on the right and the latter drills one in at the near post.

Arthur Masuaku has to get something on it and almost scores himself, smashing it against his own crossbar!

The second one just won't come for Everton.

  17. DISALLOWED GOALpublished at 79 mins

    Everton 1-0 West Ham

Yerry Mina nods it into the back of the net from another corner but it's ruled out straight away.

No idea why - looked onside and there wasn't a foul in the build-up. Marco Silva hasn't got a clue either!

Thomas: Feel Everton really need that second goal. West Ham have been poor but a late equaliser is still possible.

  19. GREAT SAVE!published at 77 mins

    Everton 1-0 West Ham

Game over. Has to be? NO!

Alex Iwobi is clean through. One-on-one with the keeper. All he has to do is put it either side - anywhere other than straight at him.

Roberto Jimenez does well to react but how Iwobi hasn't scored is beyond me...

  20. Postpublished at 75 mins

    Everton 1-0 West Ham

Everton are yet to make a change. They are still just the one goal ahead. Will Marco Silva look to add a bit of attacking threat or play it safe at the back?

Bernard skips down the left and wins another corner. That's nine now.
