    Burnley 1-0 West Ham

    Jonathan Walters
Former Republic of Ireland international on Final Score

They do the same corner every week! Ashley Barnes is there - what a way to mark signing a new contract.

The striker has penned a new deal until 2022.

Tottenham literally have become the new Arsenal, great attacking talent but rubbish defence. They need a new keeper and a whole new back line of players who want to be there long term.

    Tottenham 0-0 Sheffield United

Sheffield United are still looking bright in London. John Fleck tries his luck from outside the penalty area, but Paulo Gazzaniga dives low to his left and keeps hold of it.

    Newcastle 0-0 Bournemouth

Both keepers called in to action. Firstly, Newcastle's Martin Dubravka does well to stop Ryan Fraser's close-range effort, before, at the other end, Aaron Ramsdale makes a spectacular one-handed save to keep out Jetro Willems' angled strike.

    Ashley Barnes

Burnley are hoping to avoid a fourth straight league defeat and they're off to a perfect start.

A Dwight McNeil corner is nodded down by James Tarkowski into the path of Ashley Barnes who stabs home from inside the six-yard area.

What's happened to West Ham's marking?

    Burnley 0-0 West Ham

No chances and no shots at Turf Moor where two out-of-form teams dare not lose again.

  7. 'Great start by Everton'published at 15:09 Greenwich Mean Time 9 November 2019

    Southampton 0-1 Everton

    Leon Osman
Former Everton midfielder on Final Score

Very simple really, wasn't it? Corner into the front post, helped on and Tom Davies is completely unmarked, all he had to do was guide it in.

He's reliable. He's a local lad, he knows exactly what position Everton are in and what it means. Great start for Everton, a terrible one for Southampton. The crowd could potentially turn.

  8. 'Sheffield United on the front foot'published at 15:09 Greenwich Mean Time 9 November 2019

    Tottenham 0-0 Sheffield United

    Mark Schwarzer
Former Fulham keeper on BBC Radio 5 Live

That’s a sign of things to come. Sheffield United have started the game really strong, on the front foot.

They will try to prevent Tottenham to play out from the back and be right on their face.

Sometimes Tottenham will have to try to play in behind.

    Southampton 0-1 Evertpon

Having seen his side concede nine in their last home game, Ralph Hasenhuttl looks like he might be about to combust after Southampton's sloppy defending allowed Everton to take the lead.

Everton's fans are already in high spirits. "We want 10," they chant.

  10. CLOSE!published at 15:07 Greenwich Mean Time 9 November 2019

    Newcastle 0-0 Bournemouth

First chance of the game goes to Bournemouth as Ryan Fraser tries his luck from 20 yards out, but it is just over the top.

  11. ouch!

Postpublished at 15:07 Greenwich Mean Time 9 November 2019

    Newcastle 0-0 Bournemouth

A sore one for Newcastle goalkeeper Martin Dubravka as Jamaal Lascelles, aided by a push in the back from Bournemouth striker Callum Wilson, clatters into his team-mate.

Dubravka needs some treatment, but is OK to carry on. Wilson lucky to not see yellow, but Martin Atkinson keeps his cards in his pocket.

  12. YELLOW CARDpublished at 15:05 Greenwich Mean Time 9 November 2019

    Tottenham 0-0 Sheffield United

Eric Dier is only making his second start in the Premier League and he is already in the book, for blocking off George Baldock down the right wing.

Spurs goalkeeper Paulo Gazzaniga then has to tip an effort over the bar, with Sheffield United wasting the corner.

  13. goal

GOAL - Southampton 0-1 Evertonpublished at 15:04 Greenwich Mean Time 9 November 2019

    Tom Davies

It's a shocker as far as Southampton are concerned.

An early corner - won by ex-Southampton player Theo Walcott - is flicked on by Mason Holgate and no one is picking up Tom Davies at the far post.

    An easy close range header!

  14. Postpublished at 15:04 Greenwich Mean Time 9 November 2019

A bright start for the hosts at St James' Park, with Bournemouth pressed back into their own penalty box early on.

  15. 'Interesting to see how Lo Celso gets on'published at 15:02 Greenwich Mean Time 9 November 2019

    Tottenham 0-0 Sheffield United

    Mark Schwarzer
Former Fulham keeper on BBC Radio 5 Live

I was at the game in Serbia and they controlled the game for the vast majority. Son was brilliant again, Harry Kane felt his way into the game and Giovani Lo Celso was good.

It will be interesting to see how he gets on in the Premier League - it's a different game and Sheffield United won't give him as much time on the ball as Red Star did.

We've only been playing a few seconds and Richarlison is clutching his shoulder after a hefty early challenge by Stuart Armstrong. That hurt! The Everton man looks in discomfort but he's carrying on.

Tottenham v Sheff Utd (15:00 GMT)

    Chris Wise
Final Score reporter at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium

This will be Chris Wilder’s first time inside this magnificent stadium.

After Sheffield United’s recent away game at West Ham, he and his wife detoured on their journey home so they could drive past Tottenham’s stadium just to have a look at it. He ended up seeing far too much of it after getting stuck in traffic!

Most of Wilder’s journeys have been seamless this season though. His Blades team haven’t lost away from home in the league since January.

  19. 'No faith that Everton can get over the line in tough situations'published at 14:57 Greenwich Mean Time 9 November 2019

    Southampton v Everton (15:00 GMT)

    Leon Osman
Former Everton midfielder on BBC Radio 5 Live

When things go against Everton at the moment, the team don't seem to be able to galvanise. After that phantom penalty against Brighton, you just felt they were going to go on to lose the game and Brighton would get the winning goal. There's no real faith that they can get over that line in a tough situation.
