There will be a lot of people watching out for Jose Mourinho's first Spurs starting XI, not least of all fantasy football players with the likes of Alli, Harry Kane and Christian Eriksen in their side. Here is the early team news from that early game at the London Stadium (and all the others in the Premier League)...

  6. Will the real Dele Alli please stand up?published at 11:09 Greenwich Mean Time 23 November 2019

There's a consistent theme going on. Quite a few of this morning's papers have zeroed in on Mourinho's "bid to fire up Dele Alli" by apparently asking him if he was indeed Dele Alli or Dele Alli's brother?

Would have been pretty good if Alli had responded, "Oh, damn it, you've got us. Yeah, I'm Keith Alli. Dele has actually been bumming around north London for the last two years, eating Nandos and playing Laser Quest."

  7. And we're backpublished at 11:04 Greenwich Mean Time 23 November 2019

Putting all the Jose stuff to one side briefly, can we all just agree that it is good to have club football back after yet another international break?

Just in case you'd forgotten, Liverpool are top, Norwich are bottom and Danny Drinkwater is still injured.

Here are today's Premier League fixtures (starting at 15:00 GMT unless stated otherwise)...

West Ham v Tottenham (12:30 GMT)

    Arsenal v Southampton

    Bournemouth v Wolves

    Brighton v Leicester

    Palace v Liverpool

    Everton v Norwich

    Watford v Burnley

Man City v Chelsea (17:30 GMT)

Now, let's have a look at what some of the back pages are saying (warning: may contain traces of Mourinho)...

Crash, bang, wallop, look who's bounced back into the Premier League.

Yes, it's Jose Mourinho, performing an Alan Partridge-esque return to prominence after shoving a whole cheese in Manchester United's face and running off (after being told he wouldn't get a full third series, sorry season).

He's got his shot of redemption with north London digital (aka Tottenham, currently north London's second-best football mix - based on the table at least). And as fate would have it, Spurs are playing in today's early game at West Ham.

    Lovely stuff.
