    Arsenal 0-3 Manchester City

Arsenal have conceded three first half goals in a home Premier League game for only the second time - the other was also against Man City in March 2018.

A sharp exit from many, many Arsenal fans below us. Deadly De Bruyne, absolutely wonderful finish once again. Absolutely no chance for Leno. Arsenal are getting absolutely battered here and I think Manchester City, even though they have not been in full throttle, it's too easy for them. They are class.

  3. HITS THE WOODWORKpublished at 17:13 Greenwich Mean Time 15 December 2019

    Arsenal 0-3 Manchester City

Almost an incredible hat-trick! Phil Foden now dribbles right through Arsenal, beating two or three men before rolling into Kevin de Bruyne's path.

He's a good 25 yards out but whips a first-time shot towards the top corner and only a top class save from Bernd Leno turns it onto the post.

    A brilliant save!

GOAL - Arsenal 0-3 Manchester Citypublished at 17:09 Greenwich Mean Time 15 December 2019

    Kevin de Bruyne (40 mins)

It's an exhibition. So, so good from Kevin de Bruyne and his goal is a trigger for some Arsenal fans to head off home already.

Phil Foden turns the ball around the corner into the Belgian, he's goalside of Matteo Guendouzi maybe 30 yards out. He takes two steps forwards and then before Calum Chambers can even engage him in a challenge he whips the ball into the bottom corner with his left foot.

Class. Makes it look so, so easy...

Sead Kolasinac hobbles off to some cricket applause, a well-judged two for Somerset. Bukayo Saka is on. At left-back?!

I'm not a doctor but I've just seen a replay and Sead Kolasinac's foot moved in a direction that it is just not meant to...

This does not good for Arsenal. Sead Kolasinac is still down. He has his hands on his face and seems to be in some pain. He is up but he is not moving well. Bukayo Saka has been sent out to warm up.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer said he did not want to comment on Friday's trip to Austria to see prolific striker Erling Haaland.

Asked what he has said to Haaland, Solskjaer said: "He knows what he wants to do and knows what he is going to do."

    Interesting comment.

Haaland has a number of options - including staying at Red Bull Salzburg.

He played under Solskjaer at Molde.

And Sead Kolasinac is down and hurt after that challenge. Arsenal are already without one left-back of course.

Kolasinac hobbles off for a bit of magic sponge.

Cynical from Rodri, comes with the job description in that role. Sead Kolasinac has space to run at the City back four and Rodri comes across and takes him out.

    Booked.

The tempo and intensity of an under-10s training session. It's so quiet you can clearly hear one fan demand 'come on Arsenal!'

Arsenal need to keep Martinelli for as long as they can, he will be the future of the club.

    Chris, Woking

Two new centre backs needed as well as accepting we're not a champions league side. The gulf between Arsenal and the top 8 is astonishing.

    Arsenal 0-2 Manchester City

    Phil McNulty
    BBC Sport chief football writer

We've just heard a desperate cry of "bring him down" as Kevin de Bruyne threatened to cut Arsenal apart again - which sums up exactly where this game is at already.

  17. PENALTY APPEALpublished at 16:57 Greenwich Mean Time 15 December 2019

    Arsenal 0-2 Manchester City

And there is a bit of that City frailty, Gabriel Martinelli runs at the defence again and they rather fall to bits, a shot is blocked, it comes out to Matteo Guendouzi and his shot is well charged down. He then gets the ball back, looks to go into the area and goes down - referee Paul Tierney waves it away and it looks a pretty bad dive to be honest...

  18. 'Man City have a vulnerability at the back'published at 16:55 Greenwich Mean Time 15 December 2019

    Arsenal 0-2 Manchester City

    Chris Sutton
Former England striker on BBC Radio 5 Live

The hope for Arsenal is that Manchester City too struggle at the back. They have not kept a clean sheet in 10 games either. They have a vulnerability at the back, it's just whether Arsenal can expose it.

Lovely from Nicolas Pepe, a backheeled nutmeg flick to Mesut Ozil, who then finds Ainsley Maitland-Niles, who is booed for passing the ball back into defence. He's not a right-back is he?

This is the fifth time Arsenal have conceded multiple goals in the opening 15 minutes of a Premier League home match. They lost all of the previous four.
