    Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes...no!

Another lovely move from Manchester City as they get that man Kevin de Bruyne away down the right, he plays a pass noone else can see square to Raheem Sterling, in space. He gets to the edge of the area and tees up Gabriel Jesus in space - but he leans back and fluffs it over.

    Big chance.

Ben Symmonds: Could we swap this Arsenal team for the women's?

Just embarrassing from Arsenal, totally outclassed and a sign of where the club is right now.

Nicolas Otamendi will always give you a chance. He treads on the toes of Gabrel Martinelli and then loses the ball on the left wing. The move ends with Lucas Torreira shooting from 25 yards and he puts it into orbit.

Freddie Ljungberg is stretched out and relaxed on the bench. Does he have the cut of a Premier League manager to you?

I don't know where Arsenal go from here. It depends which Manchester City turn up for the second half. Arsenal are playing for pride but City are going to open this back line up time and time again if they want to.

Better! Ainsley Maitland-Niles slings in a fine cross from the right and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang flicks the header wide under heavy pressure.

Belo: Well we might get relegated for the first time ever, worrying times for us.

KDB a masterclass, even as a Liverpool fan you cannot but just watch in awe at how good he is. Arsenal are a shambles at the back, they've actually done okay to a point but the game is done unless the Gunners stage a monumental comeback. It's probably going to get worse, I am sorry to say.

Kris Jefferson: Arsenal must have the most unbalanced squad in the Premier League, brilliant attacking players but then a complete lack of big players in midfield and defence.

I genuinely believe that Arsenal would be in the bottom 3 without Leno and his saves, wouldn't be surprised if he's off in January.

Manchester United found out the hard way, now Arsenal. When a manager leaves after 20-odd years in charge there is an awful lot of paper which comes down over an awful lot of cracks...

A chorus of boos from the home supporters. It's just not good enough from Arsenal. This has been a first half mismatch. Manchester City are miles ahead.

Lovely finishes from Kevin de Bruyne and Raheem Sterling and I cannot see things getting better for Arsenal in the second half. This is a walloping.

That was a horrible first half for Arsenal - team lifeless, Freddie Ljungberg lifeless and the suppporters lifeless, although who can blame them?

Manchester City have treated Arsenal in the same manner you might expect them to deal with a plucky non-league outfit.

Half-time reaction from Arsenal's fans? Predictable.

Raheem Sterling almost plays in Phil Foden for a fourth but back-up to the back-up left-back Bukayo Saka gets a foot in.

Saka at left-back, Ainsley Maitland-Niles at right-back. Not really Winterburn/Dixon is it?

Embarrassing and just so predictable from Arsenal. Easiest team to play against in the league. Absolute farce.
