Josh Hammond: Can we take a moment to appreciate Luke Shaw and Aaron Wan-Bissaka's performances. They've been ace so far and taken the ball forward more often than the midfield 3!
Forget Pogba. Build this team around Greenwood. What a player.

3-1 papers over the cracks for Man U. Gifted two goals and McTominay incredibly lucky to still be on the pitch.

All these people who keep texting how poor Utd's midfield is, until they sign some new players he has had no choice! Pogba is coming back after a long layoff.

FT: Aston Villa 1-0 Norwich
Aston Villa
Aston Villa's Jack Grealish speaking to Match of the Day: "It was absolute massive today. Almost feels like we’ve won a cup.
"I was delighted for Conor the get the goal. That's what I’m in the team for - to get goals and to help with assists and hopefully that's what I’m doing.
"Some of the lads look to me and I love that responsibility and I think I thrive off helping the lads in the team.
"It was a bit of a scrappy one today but the result is good for fans. It was all about the three points.
"I think today was a must win – even a draw wouldn't have been good enough. Fingers crossed we can go to Watford and come away with another win.
"In the warm-up we had a little chat and we just said: “we need to win.” The record hasn't been good but that was one for the fans today."
FT: Aston Villa 1-0 Norwich
Norwich City
Norwich boss Daniel Farke speaking to Amazon: "Disappointed with the result as we dominate and had lots of chances.
"Football can be cruel sometimes. Sometimes you have no explanation for the result.
"Maybe we lack a bit of individual quality to bring out a result until the final whistle but I’m a pretty proud coach today.
"I’m responsible for the performance of my team. On this Boxing Day, we dominated and created chances but we need to convert the chances.
"We are a pretty young side who are not able to spend lots of money.
"We can’t be too addicted to the points and the table. We have to deliver on a daily basis like we did and will have to wait and see what happens at the end of the season."
On his yellow card: "Do we need to speak about this? I'm not searching for excuses. The linesman and fourth official were mistaken.
"It’s the only situation where we were not switched on. Small details in football are pretty costly. I don’t blame the referee, it is sad that this situation that lead to a goal."
FT: Aston Villa 1-0 Norwich
Aston Villa
Aston Villa boss Dean Smith speaking to Match of the Day: "It was a precious three points to get. Losing four on the spin was tough and all we asked of the players was enthusiasm and application.
"The players showed lots of character out there. Tom Heaton made some good saves, like I would expect him to. It was great work from Jack Grealish again and it was a great finish from Conor [Hourihane].
"It was great that we took the chance that came our way. At the end of the day we took ours and Norwich didn't.
"We are showing potential but could do better. For some players it’s their first taste of the Premier League. Everything you get in this league, you earn.
"We need to work as hard as we can and hopefully we’ll pick the results."
On Conor Hourihane: "I just congratulated him in the dressing room. Being a good squad member is really important. What I want is a reaction when they come into the side and Conor certainly did that."
On Jack Grealish: He shows maturity and leadership and it's good to see him with a smile on his face. We played him in the number 10 role today and he showed his class in build-up to the goal for Conor."
FT: Everton 1-0 Burnley
Everton
Everton manager Carlo Ancelotti told Match of the Day: "For me, it was a really special moment [being introduced to the crowd]. After that, I saw a good performance and a good result. Today was a perfect day. I'm happy because we need points to move up the table. It was a difficult game because Burnley played a strong game but we deserved the result.
"We tried to build-up with three defenders to put more players between the lines, and some situations were good for us and others have to improve. This is normal and I didn't want to change a lot for the players. I have seen some good things. The spirit of the team, the fact Everton is a family and we have fantastic facilities."
On the festive schedule: "We are used to recovering after three days, but after two days is too much in my opinion. We have to play but it is impossible to recover so it effects the performance, not just for us, but also for Newcastle."
Chelsea 0-2 Southampton
Southampton
Southampton manager Ralph Hasenhuttl speaking to Match of the Day: "I think today we were prepared. We knew that we could cope with Chelsea. Chelsea usually play in one of two shapes and we prepared for both of them. It’s easy when it’s theoretical but on the pitch it is not so easy.
"I think we saw the passion from every player on the pitch today. It was maybe the best game of the season. I think people know that the level was high and that the team needed to show up today. With fixtures coming, we needed to rest players but everyone played a fantastic game. Before the game, we spoke about what we do when we win the ball, you have to wait for the right moment to attack and it worked really well today."
Chelsea 0-2 Southampton
Chelsea
Chelsea manager Frank Lampard speaking to BBC Radio 5 Live: "We beat Villa here but that was wedged between West Ham and Bournemouth. It’s been difficult for us. Teams have obviously been organised, we wouldn't expect any different. We control a lot of the ball, but we do not do enough with the ball around the box. I think it’s been the story for us for a while, not just in recent times. We need to get better because we need a better home record.
"What we need to do, the players on the pitch, whoever they are need to make goals and score goals. It’s the hardest thing to do in football. It’s a challenge for all of us. We knew this was not going to be easy road. We have found now that when teams make it difficult for us and do not give us space, we are finding it tough and so it clearly needs to improve. We need to tough it out and get over it quickly. Personality is a huge thing in football - you cannot let that beat you."
Sheff Utd 1-1 Watford
Sheffield United
Sheffield United boss Chris Wilder, speaking to BBC Sport: "First penalty of the season which is good and we stuck it away successfully which I am delighted about. Not really one of our better performances but you have to give Nigel Person and his players credit. They are fighting for their lives.
"It was not the result we were after and certainly not the performance we are after. Their goalkeeper made some fantastic saves but we never found that last little bit to win a tight game.
"My players were really not at it today as well as they have been. Precious points in the Premier League and we will take one and move on. We have a positive result even if it was not one of our best and most positive performances.
"We never played with our drive and energy that got us into this position. If you are not at full title you will not get the result you want."
Sheff Utd 1-1 Watford
Watford
Watford boss Nigel Pearson, speaking to BBC Sport: "We showed some grit and we had to today. We didn't play as well as we would have liked. It was hard for us to find the level of fluency, certainly in the second half but there are lots of positives to build on. we have had to deal with a lot of disappointment this year. The players showed a lot of character today and dug deep to find a result.
"This is a difficult place to come. Although we were unable to create too many chances in the second half we felt we kept them at arm's length.
"It is important if we cannot win a game we show resistance to not allow our opponent to get the upper hand. Sheffield United have brought a different dimension to the Premier League but we felt we have players who are maybe able to exploit the occasional weakness they have, which may be on the counter attack.
"We are trying to create a very positive environment to work in. We don't need to do too much technically, we have some good players. There is only us who can do something about our own season. It is important for us to turn the corner ourselves. I want the players to work hard but enjoy the challenge."

Man Utd 3-1 Newcastle

BBC Sport at Old Trafford
That all changed very quickly.
It is the first time Manchester United have scored three times in the first-half of a Premier League game since they entertained Bournemouth on 30 December last season.
Doesn't look like that long Newcastle wait for a league double over today's opponents is ending today.
Man Utd 3-1 Newcastle
A brilliant fightback from Manchester United, turning the game around after Matty Longstaff's opener.
Man Utd 3-1 Newcastle
At the other end, £40m striker Joelinton works a yard for himself before drilling a low shot straight at David de Gea.
The Spaniard not fumbling it on this occasion.
Too soon?
