Gil Lau: Best 15 minutes of @Arsenal, external football I've seen in years

Paul French: Of course Aubameyang has scored. I've just taken him out of my fantasy team!

Daniel Cheng: So grateful we have Aubameyang. Without his goals we'd be seriously screwed. Hope he stays next season

Little sign of a response from Palace.

Bernd Leno has had nothing to do in Arsenal's goal. And I mean nothing.

Arsenal are on the attack again but this time Pepe's intended cross for Aubameyang is over-cooked.

    Crystal Palace 0-1 Arsenal

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has now scored three goals in his four Premier League meetings with Crystal Palace.

Since the start of last season, only Jamie Vardy (19) has more away Premier League goals than Aubameyang (18).

    Crystal Palace 0-1 Arsenal

    Steven Reid
Former Blackburn midfielder on BBC Radio 5 live

A fantastic move. I have actually got written down in my notes here before the start of the game 'look out for David Luiz's passing range'. He is being given far too much time on the ball. His long and short passing has been fantastic. Great link-up play there with Lacazette and Ozil coming in off the line before a great little finish by Aubameyang.

Trust me, that goal is well worth seeing on Match of the Day later.

Mikel Arteta will be delighted with this start. Palace have not had a sniff.

    Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang

That's a beautiful finish and a wonderful team goal!

David Luiz starts the move with a simple pass to Mesut Ozil who finds Alexandre Lacazette. His threaded pass to Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is inch-perfect and the in-form striker does the rest.

That's his 14th Premier League goal of the season.

VAR was brought in to check for clear and obvious errors. Therefore there is no need to spend minutes checking every angle - I say start a 10/15 second timer once the decision is referred to VAR. If they can't come to a conclusion in that time, it's not clear and obvious.

The blustery conditions are already having an impact.

David Luiz finds Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang inside the Palace penalty area with a delicious long pass. Aubameyang has trouble controlling it and the danger is gone.

    Crystal Palace 0-0 Arsenal

It's all Arsenal in the opening exchanges. Palace have hardly had a touch outside their own half before Alexandre Lacazette goes in hard on Max Meyer and gifts the hosts a free-kick - and some much needed respite.

    Alex Scott
Ex-England international on BBC Football Focus

The Arsenal players have been saying Mikel Arteta's brought their fun back. Sometimes we need to remind ourselves it’s about having fun.

It makes the hard work a lot easier. If it’s not a fun environment, you don’t go that extra mile.
