Looks like a back four to start for Spurs. There was some chat it might be three. But Jose has matched up formations with the Hornets.

Fantastic to see Lo Celso start. Need to get this guy signed on a permanent deal. Creativity, work rate and quality on the ball. Everything Eriksen should be.

Watford moved out of the bottom three for the first time all season last week and this encounter suddenly looks a much trickier one for Spurs than it might have done a few weeks ago.
Only Liverpool and Manchester City have collected more points than Watford's 13 since Nigel Pearson's appointment.
As for Spurs, they managed to see off Middlesbrough in the FA Cup this week at the second attempt but have won only one of the last five in the league. They're now nine points adrift of the top four, and a defeat at Vicarage Road would mean they lose three league games in a row for the first time in just over six years.

The Watford fans have their scarves in the air in honour of one Graham Taylor. A great man, who did great things for the Hornets and who sadly passed away nearly three years ago.

Watford are still going well under Nigel Pearson, while Tottenham just look a bit all over the place.
This is a tough game for Spurs. Watford boss Nigel Pearson is trying to ensure his side do not ease up after climbing out of the drop zone, because there are teams down there who are floundering.

I think he (Eddie Howe) has done an incredible job.
Sometimes managers show the clubs too much faith, now it is time for the club to put a bit of faith in him.
I have a little bit of sympathy with him just because of the injury list he has had over the last six months.
But I do believe he needs to find a plan B because they play the same way (each week) and teams have found them out.
Everyone knows how they are going to play now and if he wants to keep the job, going forward, he's got to find another way for them to get results without just playing the same way.

I just can't see Bournemouth sacking Howe, even if they go down he'd likely be given the chance to bring them back up. Maybe he would leave by mutual consent if he feels he can't keep them up and someone else could though. Very sticky times.

Watford boss Nigel Pearson, speaking to BT Sport: "We've put ourselves in a better position, but there is still work to do for sure.
"This will be a tough game but the players are looking forward to it. Spurs will know we are a difficult team top play against."

Spurs boss Jose Mourinho, speaking to BT Sport: "If I look at what we did against Liverpool and Middlesbrough, I have to be happy with what we did, lets hope we can follow that direction.
"Tanganga deserves (it), he's played two good matches did everything to prove he is ready to fight for a place. Lamela is an important player for us, we don't have some of our attacking players so we bring him and Lo Celso in to bring in more creativity."

Peter Humfrey: Was in shock when Watford got their hands on Sarr and glad Pearson is finally bringing out his best. Could see Ismaila playing in a Champions League winning side in 3 or 4 years time.
Corgi99: Eriksen has gone from being the solution to the problem at Spurs.

Everyone has loved watching Bournemouth over the years. The one thing he has never sorted out is the defence. They have also had good attacking players. Eddie Howe has always been an 'on the front foot' sort of manager. This is the first time they are really struggling. The top end of the pitch has been off all season and now when you are relying on the back - that has never been there. They are a worry for me.
Norwich v Bournemouth (15:00 GMT)
OK, I have a query, and it is no way designed to put any further pressure than is warranted on the manager in question...
Can Bournemouth even contemplate sacking Eddie Howe?
If they lose today, media outlets a lot more cutthroat than ourselves will start making noise about the possibility. But with the Cherries having being moulded (superbly I might add) by Howe since 2012, would a change be a positive move or top-flight suicide?
There is a Catch-22 feel about the whole thing.

In Christian Eriksen, I am seeing a committed player, I am seeing a good attitude, but fitness wise he is not playing up to the level he usually can play at. I am seeing a player who is being very professional player and doing his job. For me, this makes no sense for him to move in this transfer window.
Bit of transfer news to bring you...
Manchester United's attempt to sign Sporting Lisbon midfielder Bruno Fernandes has stalled because the clubs cannot agree a fee.
Sporting are demanding 80m euros (£68m) for the 25-year-old, which United are unwilling to pay.
Talks are continuing between the clubs for a player rated at 45m euros by Tottenham Hotspur last summer.
One thing is for sure - Manchester United need a midfielder with a bit about him.

There is no magic wand from a new manager coming in. It's a different scenario Jose Mourinho joining Spurs than Nigel Pearson going to Watford. From Mourinho's point of view, he walked into a team that is just off the back of a Champions League final and are in freefall. They are lacking confidence, they were leaking goals everywhere. He had to go into games and look what to do. Initially there was a response. The last three games have been worrying. There have been some of the worst performances I have seen from Spurs in a long time. There is still so much to do.
Sun is out at Vicarage Road but it ain't warm. Lots of players wearing gloves in the warm-up, along with a couple of snoods. Serge Aurier is dressed up like a hipster snowman he has that many items of winter wear on.
Ismaila Sarr is indeed a full-back's nightmare. He is quick, he's skillful and under Nigel Pearson his abilities are being channelled in the right direction.
On the other side of the pitch, there is Gerard Deulofeu, who is equally quick and tricky. Good luck Serge and Japhet.
