Blues boss Pep Clotet makes three changes from the midweek home defeat by QPR. He hands a league debut to centre-back Geraldo Bajrami, while David Davis and Lukas Jutkiewicz also come in.

It may not be the true 'Second City derby' but there's still a fierce rivalry between close neighbours Birmingham and West Brom.

It's safe to say there will be no love lost once the game kicks off.

Second-placed Baggies have been flying high with Leeds this season - both sides are 11 points clear of third spot.

For Blues, it appears to be another season of transition under new head coach Pep Clotet. They're mid-table, but a win today could push them towards the top six.

Birmingham take on rivals West Brom in the Championship with the Baggies looking to reclaim top spot.

A point would take them to the summit - at least until Leeds play later.
