    Man Utd 0-0 Wolves

Double change for Manchester United as Jesse Lingard and Diogo Dalot come on for Juan Mata and Dan James.

Not long left for them to make an impression, though.

  2. 'Wolves have been more dangerous than Man Utd'published at 19:17 Greenwich Mean Time 1 February 2020

    Man Utd 0-0 Wolves

    Jonathan Greening
Former Manchester United midfielder on 5 live

Fernandes has done OK, he's had shots at goal, he's tried to get on the ball and make things happen, but Wolves have frustrated United. They are so well-organised, so disciplined in their defending and have probably been the better team. On the counter attack they have looked more dangerous than Manchester United.

  3. Postpublished at 87 mins

    Man Utd 0-0 Wolves

Harry Maguire causes a bit of a scramble inside the Wolves box as he meets a Fred free kick but the hosts eventually manage to deal with the loose ball.

  4. Postpublished at 86 mins

    Man Utd 0-0 Wolves

Raul Jimenez loses concentration and the ball, gifting Manchester United the chance for a quick break but the final ball is a poor one and the oppurtiniy is wasted.

  5. Postpublished at 84 mins

    Man Utd 0-0 Wolves

Matt Doherty near-post shot is blocked by Harry Maguire - crucial intervention - not least because it would have made my previous entry look a little silly.

  6. YELLOW CARDpublished at 83 mins

    Man Utd 0-0 Wolves

Luke Shaw is booked as he stops Daniel Podence from leading a Wolves counter.

Not feeling it for any goals to be honest. These two teams are cancelling each other out.

  7. Postpublished at 81 mins

    Man Utd 0-0 Wolves

Raul Jimenez wins Wolves a corner following a fine, surging run. The corner is played short before Joao Moutinho gets a low cross in but Anthony Martial clears.

  8. Postpublished at 19:07 Greenwich Mean Time 1 February 2020

    Man Utd 0-0 Wolves

Bruno Fernandes (5) has almost had as many shots as the rest of the Man United squad combined (6) in this game.

    Free header!

Romain Saiss heads over from a free kick for Wolves - had to be getting that on target.

  10. CLOSE!published at 78 mins

    Man Utd 0-0 Wolves

Cat-like reactions by Rui Patricio as Mason Greenwood's shot from distance deflects off Willy Boly and then Conor Coady, changing its direction but Patricio does well to clutch the ball with body heading in the opposite direction.

Level in the league on pts, it's always hard to separate these two sides, equal with Wolves in every department yet Wolves are applauded and Utd derided? Teams should be judged on current form not past glories.

There was so much talk about Bruno Fernandes before today's game but I wonder if the other debutant, Wolves' Daniel Podence, is going to have a bigger influence.

Podence, a £16.6m signing from Olympiakos on Thursday, has just replaced Adama Traore.

  13. Postpublished at 76 mins

    Man Utd 0-0 Wolves

On comes Portuguese winger Daniel Podence for Adama Traore, who is able to walk off the pitch will is good news for Wolves fan.

Two Portuguese debutants today, will either of them grab the headlines with a decisive goal?

  14. Postpublished at 75 mins

Adama Traore is struggling a bit with another knock now, this time to his lower left leg.

Daniel Podence is getting ready to come on for his debut...

James Ballantyne: It's taken him 60 mins, but Fernandes is already carrying this United team...

Colin Reardon: Martial, James and Pereira Championship level at best! Certainly not Champions League.

Tyrone: As a spurs fan seeing Bruno on the pitch makes wish levy had payed up but that's two that don't got together Levy+spending=error.

  16. Seeing yellowpublished at 73 mins

    Man Utd 0-0 Wolves

Two of the five yellow cards given to managers in PL games this season have been for Nuno Espirito Santo (also v Liverpool in December).

  17. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 72 mins

    Man Utd 0-0 Wolves

Andreas Pereira tests Rui Patricio with a low drive after benefiting from a fortunate deflection but Patricio's save is much more convincing this time as he smothers the ball.

That's the last action for Pereira as Mason Greenwood comes on in his place.

  18. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 71 mins

    Man Utd 0-0 Wolves

First change of the game as Pedro Neto replaces Diogo Jota for Wolves.

He gets into the box for the corner but Joao Moutinho's delivery fails to beat the first man - a bannable offence.

  19. Postpublished at 69 mins

    Man Utd 0-0 Wolves

Raul Jimenez breaks into the box for Wolves, the angle is tight but Jimenez's shot is a good one, forcing David de Gea to palm behind.

  20. CLOSE!published at 67 mins

    Man Utd 0-0 Wolves

Bruno Fernandes has pop from distance once again and it is a hugely unconvincing save by Rui Patricio as he spills the ball but, fortunately for the Wolves keeper, only behind for a corner and not into his own net.
