In certain types of conditions, balls will bounce about and Billy Sharp is exactly the type of player you need. The best players go wide of the post and make the goal bigger and tap anything in - all the top players do it.
It has been a very entertaining first half but the goal was coming. The Blades were trying to play through the midfield early on and were getting pick pocketed, when they missed the midfield area they are started getting crosses in and started getting chances.
The fan are up for it now and it is very lively. Eddie Howe has had major injuries to major players but you cannot afford to miss your best players. Before today, both Harry and Callum Wilson had seven goals each and the rest have two or three. They need Ryan Fraser in top form too.

Eddie Howe will be disappointed his side could not hold on to their lead until the break, but an equaliser had been coming.
Only a minute before Aaron Ramsdale had made a superb one-handed save to deny Oli McBurnie but there was nothing he could do about that Billy Sharp finish from close range.
It's 1-1 at half-time in a fine match and all to play for after the break.

Driving towards the game, people may have thought it would be a stinker but it has been a cracker.
Bournemouth made a great start and could have got more than the one goal but Chris Wilder made a change with more players going forward and they completely dominated the game.
Sheffield United deserved the equaliser and there have been good individual battles.

Well it’s exactly the same again. He hadn’t scored a Premier League goal since that match at the Vitality Stadium in August.
“We’ve got Billy Sharp, Billy Sharp” is the chant ringing around a rocking Bramall Lane.

Billy Sharp reacted to it brilliantly, he was first to it.
Sharp has done that his entire career wherever he has been, he has not got many this season but he is an important player to have in this sort of game.
One chance, one goal.

The captain to the rescue!

Boos ring out as Enda Stevens goes through Harry Wilson and is shown a yellow card. File that one under 'meaty challenges' Stevens almost took out Chris Wilder with his sliding challenge but just about managed to stop before connecting with his boss.

This has been a good response from the hosts after falling behind to that 13th-minute goal from Callum Wilson.
Jack O’Connell has headed over the top after John Egan headed a corner back into the danger zone then Enda Stevens linked up with Oli McBurnie with the striker’s effort well held above his head by goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale. You get the feeling the Blades need to convert this pressure into an equaliser before the break though.
Simon Francis and Nathan Ake are doing a great job frustrating Sheffield United's attack.
McBurnie floats a dangerous cross into the mix but Francis reads the danger and makes a powerful headed clearance.

Oli McBurnie is very lively in the box, it is a brilliant battle between him and Nathan Ake.
It was a great tackle from the Bournemouth defender taking the sting out of the shot.
