Terrific challenge by Nathan Ake to take the sting out of Oliver McBurnie's close range attempt from close range and the ball flies into the arms of Aaron Ramsdale.

More alarm bells in the Blades defence.

Ryan Fraser is finding some decent pockets of space in and around the Sheffield United penalty area. He tries to tee-up Callum Wilson for another goal but his pass is poor and a decent chance is gone.

It is one of those days where goalkeepers will not come for high balls into the box because of the swirling wind.

Sheffield United have had another little half-chance.

That's more like it from the Blades.

Jack O'Connell rises high above the Cherries defence but can't get his header on target.

Sheffield United are enjoying a decent spell of pressure.

Sander Berge has not had the home debut he was hoping for.

He concedes a free-kick in a dangerous position after bundling Diego Rico to the ground.

It's whipped in by Ryan Fraser but Dean Henderson makes a punch Kell Brook would be pleased with to clear.

    Sheff Utd 0-1 Bournemouth

There's been a delay while Philip Billing receives treatment after a hefty challenge. He's back on his feet after treatment.

Bournemouth have had five shots, one on target, and scored one.

Eddie Howe will be delighted with this start.

    Sheff Utd 0-1 Bournemouth

Callum Wilson has scored two goals in his last three league games, having scored none in 15 before this. That was his 40th Premier League goal - 20 have been at home and 20 away from home.

    Sheff Utd 0-1 Bournemouth

Sheffield United have picked up more points on the road than at home this season and they haven't been able to build any real momentum against a lively Bournemouth side.

Full credit to the travelling fans from the south coast. They've had to endure a testing journey but they're making their voices heard and have been rewarded with an excellent goal.

“Eddie Howe’s Barmy Army,” sing the away fans behind the opposite goal to which Callum Wilson just scored in.

With Philip Billing having a chance when free in the box a minute later, the Blades' customary defensive organisation is not up to its usual standards and they’re looking a bit ragged at the back.

But with Billy Sharp hitting the side netting for the hosts not long after, it has certainly raised the noise levels at Bramall Lane. So far, this has been a very enjoyable quarter of an hour of football and the Bournemouth fans will be happiest. They’ve won two on the bounce. Can they hold on to this lead and make it three?

I am very happy this game was not cancelled, it is a brilliant game.

I am very impressed by Sheffield United striker Oli McBurnie and he is giving Nathan Ake a very tough time.

    This is a cracking match.

Bournemouth almost score another straight from the re-start but Philip Billing cannot connect 10 yards out.

The Blades respond with a chance of their own but Billy Sharp can only find the side-netting.

You are talking about classic striker's reaction from Callum Wilson.

He does not want to take a touch, he just smashes it into the roof of the net.

    Callum Wilson

    It's been coming!

Sander Berge gives the ball away just outside his own penalty area and Bournemouth pounce.

Harry Wilson smashes a cut-back towards the net but it's blocked and the rebound falls to Callum Wilson who makes no mistake in the box.

    Lovely from the Cherries.

    Another great chance for Bournemouth.

A free-kick is whipped into the penalty area and is flicked on by Simon Francis before Callum Wilson attempts an ambitious hook shot. It flies wide but that's a big warning to the home defence.

Chris Bennett: Been a Bournemouth fan for 25 years, through League One and Two wilderness years and though part of me misses those days, the Premier League is where it's at. As a club we need the money to build a proper stadium. Eddie Howe is a club legend & we've been very unlucky with injuries.

Julie Bell: Howe irreplaceable. Dip in form down to ridiculous injuries which impacted on an inability to field a settled team each week!

That is a decent chance for Harry Wilson.

The game is being played at a really good pace, players are losing possession in midfield though, they are unable to play any intricate passes.

Bournemouth have settled after Sheffield United's lightning start and have won themselves an early corner.

They're playing on the break and fashion a decent chance but Harry Wilson's header from a decent position is a bit of a mess. Well wide.

The pitch is like grease. Players are slipping and sliding - and can't stay on their feet after all the rain. This is going to be fun.
