It's poised to be a really entertaining game for the neutral. I do see Spain coming out on top if I'm honest, I think the momentum that they've gathered through the group stages will work in their favour.
Croatia are experienced in these big matches, but for me, I'm going to go with Spain.

I forgot how good the Croatia national anthem is. Stirs the heart.

Luis Enrique is going for the casual look. Jeans and shirt which has two or three top buttons undone.

Spain forward Dani Olmo spent five years at Croatian club Dinamo Zagreb and he says their opponents are "lion-hearted".
"In every sport they play, Croatians are always very competitive, they are lion-hearted and give everything for their country," he added.
"They really appreciate every objective they achieve. They have proven themselves in this Euros and in other tournaments, they thrive in difficult situations. There's no favourite in this fixture, it's anyone's game."

What's most fascinating about this game from a Croatia perspective is that they're going to play cat and mouse a little bit.
When Modric isn't getting on the ball and influencing the game higher up in that number 10 position, there's no harm in him dropping deeper to get the ball.
Spain have then got a decision to make, do you stop Modric getting on the ball deeper and risk players getting out of position? Because then that creates more space for a Croatian attack.
I think this is tactically poised to be best match of the round.

Croatia head coach Zlatko Dalic says his side must "stand up to" Spain if they are to reach the quarter-finals.
The 1996 and 2008 European Championship quarter-finalists qualified for the knockout stages as runners-up of Group D, with one win - against Scotland - in three games.
"Spain are a young, fast, energetic team," said Dalic.
"They base their play on a high press with lots of passing, but we have our own qualities. It won't be easy for them either. We can stand up to them."

Ten minutes to kick-off. Blues skies above the ground and the ground is filling quickly. A great atmosphere is building. There are even people drinking beer.

There are thousands of Croatia fans in Copenhagen. The Danish capital hosted three group matches, with the most recent game watched by 23,000 supporters. This is the fourth and final Euro 2020 game at the Parken Stadium.
Lawro's not going to be happy. Traore is not involved at all today.

I'd been watching Spain and thinking what's wrong with them, and when are they going to get going - and then they came up with the perfect performance against Slovakia.
We still haven't seen enough of Adama Traore at this tournament but, by the time he came on against Slovakia, Spain were scoring at will.
This will be far closer of course, but Croatia have not carried much of a goal threat so far and I don't see them causing Spain too many problems.

I was much happier at the beginning of the tournament, in the first two games thinking we had no chance, we don't score and we conceded goals. I was much happier then.
Now all of a sudden, it's actually possible. Only football has the capacity to change the mood this dramatically. Football can change the mood of the whole country and suddenly we're thinking 'Well actually...'

I'm hoping Spain are hitting form at the right time. We have to give credit to Luis Enrique and the players because they believe in the style they are playing. When you look at the stats, they have created a similar number of chances in all three group games. The turning point was when they started to believe against Slovakia.
