Denmark have seen off that early England pressure and are passing it around nicely now.

Jordan Pickford is now up to six passes without completing any.

Have Denmark worked out to push up on the England goalkeeper to retrieve possession quickly?

England's calmness has really shone through during this tournament.

One thing they haven't done is conceded, so if they fall behind today it will be interesting to see how they react.

Jordan Pickford's just got a high five from John Stones. I think he knew he just kind of switched off in that moment, threw it out and he got dispossessed. But what I love about that is, no-one went up to him, no-one badgered him, everyone did their job. Mount there got the free-kick. That's a team right there. Nobody was stressed in that moment. Previously I reckon they'd have been anxious and given away a corner. But no. They've helped each other out and that's why this defensive line is very special. Kane and Maguire all went to everyone 'calm down, we've got this'.

Jordan Pickford's passing accuracy is 0% at the moment from three attempts. He has made a save though.

Now he has just sent a kick out of play.

John Stones needs to have a word with him.

England, roared on by this vast crowd inside Wembley, are making most of the early running but Denmark look organised and calm. They are also posing one or two questions of their own.

What's Jordan Pickford doing?? Settle down.

The England goalkeeper saves Pierre-Emile Hojgberg's low shot and then in his haste to get an attack going, gives it away to a red shirt.

It eventually reaches Martin Braithwaite but the Barcelona forward screws wide.

Denmark haven't really settled into this yet - they've hardly put three or four passes together yet. They're trying to play that slow tempo and slow the game down to take the sting out of it. But England just keep coming at them.

It's all England and they are finding space in promising positions.

Kyle Walker? More like Kyle Sprinter!

Is it just me or does Kyle Walker's electric pace in defence remind us of Des Walker.

Denmark have the pace to get in behind this high line and that is something this England backline has to be wary of.

Oh this is a big chance for England.

Three Lions top scorer Raheem Sterling finds space down the left and cuts in onto his favoured right peg.

He dummies to shoot twice and then meekly rolls a tame effort into the hands of Kasper Schmeichel.

Needed to whip that in into the far corner ala Federico Chiesa.

Walker two times now has just bullied the full-back Maehle off the pitch with his speed there. What they're trying to do is get down the side of Harry Maguire because on the turn they think he's a little bit slow. That's why it's important that Raheem Sterling runs them the other way because they are threatening down that right hand side but credit to Walker. He's had to come right over the other side to cover.

Charlie: There have been some groans when losing possession, but that is because there have been frequent passes played forward. Really like the start so far. Let’s capitalise with an early goal.

England are full of energy and Mason Mount is epitomising that at the moment.

The Chelsea midfielder is full of running but a loose touch sees him flick the ball off giant Jannik Vestergaard and away for a corner.

Kalvin Phillips can keep hitting those balls - Bukayo Saka and Raheem Sterling have got the pace to get in behind and get on the end of those balls - keep hitting them.

Yorkshire Pirlo Kalvin Phillips sees the run of Bukayo Saka but there's too much on it.

Denmark then threaten with a lovely passing move, Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg with a ball through to Mikkel Damsgaard but Kyle Walker does brilliantly to cover and shepherd the ball back to Jordan Pickford.

Denmark are struggling to deal with Raheem Sterling at the moment, they need to find a way of stopping those runs.

I don't know if England can keep this tempo up it's a warm evening - they've come out the blocks at 100 miles an hour. Raheem Sterling, who's very quick, is a yard off the ball from Harry Kane, it's a simple tap-in but he just can't quite get there. England are hustling and Denmark don't like it.
