Naff corner from Youri Tielemans. Doesn't beat the first man. Ben Chilwell almost wins it back off Willian, but Chelsea get away with it.

Harvey Barnes spins a lovely ball down the left for Ben Chilwell. He gets in behind Reece James and forces a corner off Antonio Rudiger.

Christian Pulisic does really well to spin away from Wilfred Ndidi but James Justin makes a brilliant tackle on the edge of the box.

Tammy Abraham then brings him down. Excellent defending.

Chelsea have definitely been better since the break. Pulisic should do better as it's right down the throat of Schmeichel. Great opportunity. Wonder whether Pulisic should've side-footed it?

Decent ball from James Justin to Ayoze Perez on the right. He chips it into the middle but Billy Gilmour does well to head it away.

  7. CLOSE!published at 32 mins

    Leicester 0-0 Chelsea

Another good chance for Leicester, who win the ball off Chelsea high up again. It bounces into Harvey Barnes' path and his first touch is good.

He has Jamie Vardy waiting in the six-yard area but he has a go himself. He ends up blasting it way over the bar. Waste.

Schmeichel makes 'terrific' save to deny Pulisic

Leicester fall asleep for a moment as Chelsea play a short ball to Mason Mount. He slips it through for Christian Pulisic, who is in acres of space.

He takes a touch to tee himself up then blasts it at Kasper Schmeichel from inside the box. The Leicester keeper does really well to get a strong wrist on it and tips it over.

As a Leicester fan I can tell you that Ben Chilwell isn't better than my grandma.

    BIG chance.

Ben Chilwell curls a free-kick into the middle and Jonny Evans is in there ahead of Antonio Rudiger.

He should do much better but just doesn't connect with it. Ends up flicking it well wide.

Just had the drinks break - hot cups of tea all round should have been the order of the day in this weather. It's a bit brisk for late June.

Frank Lampard looked like a teacher telling off some naughty school kids for arriving late during that drinks break.

He's not happy. It wasn't quite Phil Brown-pointing level but it was close.

When you think of the game against Man City in the week, this drinks break did Chelsea the world of good. I'm not a huge fan of the water breaks but it just stops the momentum of the game from Chelsea's point of view.

  16. YELLOW CARDpublished at 24 mins

Caglar Soyuncu is in the book as he brings down Christian Pulisic. That's a blow because if Leicester make it through to the semi-finals, he's missing it through suspension.

I look at Ben Chilwell and I think he’s a better player than Marcos Alonzo. He's just as good at defending as well as going forward. He's always learning under Brendan Rodgers and it will depend on how ambitious Leicester are - and Chilwell himself - as to whether he goes to somewhere like Chelsea or not. But he's in a great position.

Willian, to Christian Pulisic, who slides it across the box. It's too far in front of Mason Mount and Ben Chilwell blasts it away.

Moments later it falls for Pulisic in the box again but there's too many Leicester players around him and Kasper Schmeichel can kick it away.

Emerson's pass to Kurt Zouma is so sloppy and if Jamie Vardy's foot was an inch longer, he'd have intercepted it in the box.

Chelsea are really not at the races!

Chelsea's Caballero palms away Tielemans low shot

Billy Gilmour, under pressure, gives the ball away to Youri Tielemans in the centre and he has space to run into.

He reaches the edge of the box and strikes it low towards the bottom right corner. Willy Caballero has to turn it around the post for a corner.
