They haven't turned up tonight, lets be honest.
Pep Guardiola has questions to answer. He's a top class coach but I can't understand his formation tonight or why he's changed it.
Whether he's shown Lyon too much respect... Lyon were organised, honest, with good discipline and got themselves through.
City's strength is attacking football and Guardiola has gone away from that tonight.

You've got to give Lyon credit.
They've capatilised on mistakes and they've taken their chances.
This isnt the City we see week in, week out and Pep Guardiola has questions to answer.
If you have so many talented players, play them. Once they named three at the back, Lyon must have thought they'd shown them a lot of respect.

Ali: This VAR is an utter disgrace, this is getting pathetic, is it the offside or the Moussa Dembele Foul, you can choose, the whole system needs a review.
Richard: Play the whistle. Kids of five years are told that. But professionals playing for City just stop because they assume someone's offside. Regardless of the final decision, City defenders brought this on themselves.
Ash Williams: Are City going to suffer because Pep changed his tactics. He should’ve left his formation as it usually is and made Lyon change their style.
