Olympiakos have been the better team, but it's a cup competition and it doesn't matter how you play, as long as you get through.

    Wolves 1-0 Olympiakos (Agg: 2-1)

Willy Boly is whacked as he goes up for a free-kick and it's a chance to eat up some clock if nothing else.

    So. Close. Now for Wolves...

  3. Frei adds gloss for Baselpublished at 21:50 British Summer Time 6 August 2020

FT: Basel 1-0 Eintracht Frankfurt (Agg: 4-0)

No drama at all for FC Basel in their last-16 second-leg against Eintracht Frankfurt.

Marcel Koller's side added late gloss to their 3-0 first-leg victory as Fabian Frei rounded the goalkeeper and slotted home with two minutes remaining to seal a 4-0 aggregate win

They are through to the quarter-finals, where they will face Shakhtar Donetsk.

  4. Postpublished at 86 mins

    Wolves 1-0 Olympiakos (Agg: 2-1)

Wolves have faced 15 shots - their most in a home match in all competitions since September 2019 against Chelsea in the Premier League (also 15).

  5. How's your nerves Nuno?published at 21:49 British Summer Time 6 August 2020

    Wolves 1-0 Olympiakos

    Simon Stone
    BBC Sport at Molineux

Nuno Espirito Santo is pacing up and down his technical area, stroking his beard and praying for full-time I would have thought.

Wolves' first European quarter-final in 48 years is so close.

Will we get one more chance?

  7. CLOSE!published at 83 mins

    Wolves 1-0 Olympiakos (Agg: 2-1)

It's so stretched now. Joao Moutinho has the ball in space 25 yards out, Olympiakos shut down the passing lanes so he goes alone and very nearly scores, clipping a shot on to the roof of the net.

  8. 'Knocking on the door'published at 21:46 British Summer Time 6 August 2020

    Wolves 1-0 Olympiakos (Agg: 2-1)

    Clinton Morrison
Former Crystal Palace striker on BBC Radio 5 Live

You have to give credit to Rui Patricio. He gets a strong hand to push it away but Olympiakos are knocking on the door.

  9. GREAT SAVE!published at 21:45 British Summer Time 6 August 2020

    Wolves 1-0 Olympiakos (Agg: 2-1)

Wow! What a save! That's the save, that could be the moment if Wolves get through. I just said this Wolves defence is dependable but they zone out for a moment and leave sub Ahmed Hassan with a free header inside the area.

He thumps it down, hard and low, but Rui Patricio makes a brilliant, instinctive stop.

  10. CLOSE!published at 78 mins

    Wolves 1-0 Olympiakos (Agg: 2-1)

Finish him! No! That was a chance. A slack backpass plays in Diogo Jota on goal but Bobby Allain stands up brilliantly to make a great save.

And then at the other end Guilherme hits a rasper onto the roof of the net. What a strike!

  11. Postpublished at 76 mins

    Wolves 1-0 Olympiakos (Agg: 2-1)

Fans or no fans, there's definie tension in the air as Olympiakos flash some dangerous crosses into the area. That Wolves back three is dependable though and clear their lines time and again.

Wolves are within sight of progress now. An Olympiakos goal and we have extra-time.

  12. YELLOW CARDpublished at 73 mins

    Wolves 1-0 Olympiakos (Agg: 2-1)

    Rules are rules but...

Daniel Podence didn't leave the field by the most direct route and he was booked as a result, and he will now miss the quarter-final if Wolves get through.

    Wolves 1-0 Olympiakos (Agg: 2-1)

There's definitely a goal on the way I just wouldn't like to say who for - great play from Raul Jimenez to send in Daniel Podence but he's just offside.

Is there space opening up now on the break as Olympiakos throw men forwards? They have to score in the last 20 minutes.

Wolves replace Podence with Leander Dendoncker. So maybe they will try and lock it down.

  15. 'I would be worried if I was Nuno'published at 21:33 British Summer Time 6 August 2020

I would be worried if I was Nuno. Credit to Olympiakos, they have been brilliant in the second half.

  16. CLOSE!published at 67 mins

    Wolves 1-0 Olympiakos (Agg: 2-1)

And now it's Olympiakos who go close! The game has totally changed in the last 10 minutes. What a run by Konstantinos Fortounis, driving at the Wolves defence like a Greek Glen Little, he cuts it back, the dangerous Youssef el Arabi takes a touch and then slashes it into the side-netting.

Sould he have taken that first time?

  17. CLOSE!published at 63 mins

    Wolves 1-0 Olympiakos (Agg: 2-1)

Wolves have suddenly come alive and they're so close to a second. A lovely ball over the top finds Daniel Podence, he pulls it down for Diogo Jota, whose shot is blocked, and nearly falls for Willy Boly at the far post but he can't quite reach it.

  18. GREAT SAVE!published at 61 mins

    Wolves 1-0 Olympiakos (Agg: 2-1)

Well what a save that is! Wolves turn the ball over in a dangerous area and Daniel Podence is running at the defence, he jinks inside on to his right foot and hits a piledriver, high up into the top of the goal.

Bobby Allain gets a strong hand on it and pushes it over. A sense of redemption there.

  19. Postpublished at 60 mins

    Wolves 1-0 Olympiakos (Agg: 2-1)

We haven't had a shot on target since the resumption. Wolves may be sitting deep but they are protecting the goal, and their lead, well so far.

Wolves are half an hour away from the last eight.

  20. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 57 mins

    Wolves 1-0 Olympiakos (Agg: 2-1)

Adama Traore has been more miss than hit tonight and he's off, with Europa specialist Diogo Jota on.
