  1. DISALLOWED GOALpublished at 16 mins

    Wolves 1-0 Olympiakos (Agg: 2-1)

I think we are seeing why Bobby Allain is not number one choice for Olympiakos - he flaps horribly at a corner and the ball is bundled in to the net but the keeper is rescued by a pretty soft foul.

  2. Postpublished at 15 mins

    Wolves 1-0 Olympiakos (Agg: 2-1)

No player has been directly involved in more goals across all competitions for Premier League clubs in 2019-20 than Wolves' Raúl Jiménez (37 - 27 goals, 10 assists; level with Kevin de Bruyne).

  3. ouch!

    Postpublished at 14 mins

    Wolves 1-0 Olympiakos (Agg: 2-1)

Not a good sign as Jonny goes down injured with no opponent within 20 yards of him. He twisted something and is being looked at.

    Simon Stone

Every time his team scores, Wolves manager Nuno Espirito Santo gets his coaching staff together for a collective huddle.

That is a very handy goal at the end of what has been a pretty woeful start from Olympiakos.

Mind you, don't forget the Greek side were losing after the home leg in the last round against Arsenal and they still went through.

  5. Postpublished at 11 mins

    Wolves 1-0 Olympiakos (Agg: 2-1)

Bad goalkeeping and excellent pressing. A heady combo.

I get to use the classic 'in a way nothing has changed' for Olympiakos here. They had to score anyway and a 1-1 would take us into extra time. A prospect I hadn't really considered for tonight. No thanks.

  6. 'Stone wall'published at 20:11 British Summer Time 6 August 2020

    Wolves 1-0 Olympiakos

    Clinton Morrison
Former Crystal Palace striker on BBC Radio 5 Live

That is inexperienced goalkeeping. Daniel Podence is too quick for him and he leans into the back of him. It's a stone wall penalty and it's a confident finish.

    Olympiakos will be disappointed.

  7. goal

GOAL - Wolves 1-0 Olympiakos (Agg: 2-1)published at 20:09 British Summer Time 6 August 2020

    Raul Jimenez (Pen 8 mins)

So composed. Raul Jimenez is looking at goalkeeper Bobby Allain, just waits for him to move to one side and strokes the penalty the otehr way. It's his 10th goal in the Europa League this season/year.

  8. PENALTY to Wolvespublished at 20:07 British Summer Time 6 August 2020

    Wolves 0-0 Olympiakos (Agg: 1-1)

Great start! The stand-in keeper has had a nightmare there, takes a neavy touch from a backpass, Daniel Podence was on him in a flash and a barge in the back brings about a very early spot kick.

  9. Postpublished at 5 mins

    Wolves 0-0 Olympiakos (Agg: 1-1)

Superb touch from Matt Doherty to control one of those booming Conor Coady diagonals but his cross into the middle is overhit. Confident, composed start from Wolves, who would be through on away goals if it stays like this of course.

  10. CLOSE!published at 3 mins

    Wolves 0-0 Olympiakos (Agg: 1-1)

Lovely effort! A clearance is half charged down by Daniel Podence and pings forward, and Raul Jimenez is on to it in a flash. He turns, hits it on the bounce and it flies over the keeper's head and wide.

  11. KICK-OFFpublished at 1 min

    Wolves 0-0 Olympiakos (Agg: 1-1)

    Under way!

Jerry: Sevilla have looked fantastic this evening. Will be a hell of a challenge for Wolves and/or Man U. My tip to win the trophy (once again).

Joao Moutinho went to Wolves aged over 30 and he has been playing some exceptional football. He is always in the right areas and his passing is brilliant.

He has helped Ruben Neves next to him and everything he does is on the money.

    Alfredo MorelosImage source, Reuters

Two strikers are not being brought into Ibrox for nothing. A few quid has been spent there. Alfredo Morelos' attitude to the job here has been found wanting. Maybe it's time for a deal to be done. It's a shame because as a player and a goalscorer he's got it, but maybe that's the last time we will see him

    Wolves v Olympiakos (Agg: 1-1, 20:00 BST)

Sevilla lead Roma 2-0 going into the last five minutes or so so it looks certain to be the Spanish side next for the winners at Molineux.

That quarter-final will take place next Tuesday night in Duisburg, Germany.
