  1. Horgan hobbles offpublished at 16:40 British Summer Time 8 August 2020

    Livingston 1-3 Hibernian

A worry for Hibs as winger Daryl Horgan hobbles off to be replaced by Melker Hallberg.

The wee Irishman has been excellent this afternoon, setting up the first two goals.

  2. Pitch not-so-perfect for flowing footballpublished at 16:36 British Summer Time 8 August 2020

    Livingston 1-3 Hibernian

Another counter-attacking opportunity for Hibs, but again the ball holds up on the sticky, artificial pitch and Martin Boyle can't motor in on goal.

His final pass, intended for Kevin Nisbet, is a poor one and it's intercepted.

"If that's on grass, Martin Boyle is away," says Sportsound pundit Jon Daly.

Ryan Fulton will not want to see that one again.

The goalkeeper flapped at a cross and even though initial efforts by Michael Gardyne and Billy Mckay were blocked, Mckay eventually lashed in to score for the first time this season.

  4. Hibs push for a fourthpublished at 16:32 British Summer Time 8 August 2020

    Livingston 1-3 Hibernian

Hibernian attack down the right flank through Martin Boyle but it's as if the ball can't quite keep up with the forward's pace and the chance at that stage peters out. However, Hibs quickly regain possession and Daryl Horgan slams a shot in at the near post where Livi keeper Robbie McCrorie turns it round for a corner.

  5. County almost in againpublished at 16:30 British Summer Time 8 August 2020

    Hamilton 0-0 Ross County

Josh Mullin takes out goalkeeper to find fellow County substitute Michael Gardyne but the visitors cannot capitalise on Hamilton being at sixes and sevens as Shaun Want gets in an important interception.

    Straight down the middle...

  8. PENALTY TO LIVINGSTONpublished at 16:22 British Summer Time 8 August 2020

Both sets of players look a bit stunned. Referee Euan Anderson signals a penalty to the home side as Ryan Porteous is booked for a push on sub Matej Poplatnik.

  9. CLOSE!published at 16:20 British Summer Time 8 August 2020

    Motherwell 0-1 Dundee United

Marvin Bartley is booked for a studs-on-shin challenge on his former Hibs team-mate Paul Hanlon. The Livi midfielder takes a clatter too and takes a long time to get to his feet, while Hanlon writhes in agony. When he gets to his feet, Bartley receives a yellow card from referee Euan Anderson.

  13. Off the Boyle...published at 16:15 British Summer Time 8 August 2020

    Livingston 0-3 Hibernian

Oh dear. Martin Boyle could have put the game to bed if he had shown a bit more composure there. Finding himself with time on the right side of the Livi box to pick his spot, he scuffs his shot and the only thing to spare his blushes is a deflection for a corner kick.

    Kheredine Idessane

No messing about from Livi boss Gary Holt. He sends on Alan Forrest and Matej Poplatnik for Craig Sibbald and Nicky Devlin for the second half. And straight from kick-off Scott Pittman gets into the Hibs box and lashes a shot at goal. Hibs keeper Ofir Marciano gets down quickly to collect.
