Noorhiya Jenala: What I’m happy with is the ability to maintain shape even when not playing well. Arsenal have improved a lot
Today is more about Arsenal playing very well than Fulham playing badly. Don't forget we have also beaten all of City, Liverpool, Chelsea and United under Arteta so far too...we're a different team from a year ago.

Fulham 0-3 Arsenal
Eddie Nketiah, fresh from tearing up the U21 scene across Europe, gets a few minutes. There's goals in this Arsenal squad, that's for sure. How much of the gulf they can make up in one season remains to be seen.

Stop Arsenal please we're dead already. This is just cruel.
From Daniel, a terrified fulham fan in London
Arsenal have looked sharp but cautiously not getting carried away here. Fulham surely lose to all 19 teams based upon this performance, disastrous defensive display today.

James: Arsenal are beating the team who are favourites for relegation in the first game of the season, but theyre already title favourites? Do Arsenal fans ever learn?
Uwe Pleban: Fulham look like they did 2 years ago. They play pretty, but ineffective triangle football. Then the other team scores and they gradually fade away. The problematic defending doesn’t help either.
Fulham 0-3 Arsenal
That third Arsenal goal was a real beauty, just saw it again. Arsenal's counter-attack was class all day today as now sub Nicolas Pepe flashes a dangerous ball across...

Anukram Adhikary: Arsenal looking good and beating Fulham and people saying it’s just a “soft” Fulham team. If they don’t win, they are called “soft”. A win is a win, and important, especially given how unpredictable and tough the Premier League is
While this is obviously a good start to the season for Arsenal, we are going to need to wait for some tougher matches before we can really see how well they are going to do. Fulham on the other hand, look stuffed.

Crystal Palace v Southampton (15:00 BST)
None of Crystal Palace's three summer arrivals start.

Substitutes: Eze, Milivojevic, Meyer, Hennessey, Batshuayi, Kelly, Woods.
Southampton include 20-year-old midfielder Will Smallbone but Mohammed Salisu, who has joined from Real Valladolid, is not involved.
Danny Ings and James Ward-Prowse, who both featured for England in Iceland in the Nations League last week, both start.
Southampton XI: McCarthy, Walker-Peters, Stephens, Bednarek, Bertrand, Smallbone, Ward-Prowse, Romeu, Redmond, Adams, Ings.

Michal Koziol: regarding Mitro - he's the only good player Fulham have, why on earth did he start on the bench? On the other hand, it wouldn't surprise me if he left for a much better club before the window closes.
Chris Byland: I'm not a Fulham (or Arsenal) fan but I just don't understand why they only brought Mitrovic on at 3-0 down rather ths start him. Madness.
Fulham 0-3 Arsenal
Ooooh that was nice, vintage Arsenal stuff really as Hector Bellerin picks out the run of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, he dances around Marek Rodak and his shot is nodded off the line by Michael Hector.
Superb.
Aubameyang is off and running - but who do you think will win the golden boot this season?

Arsenal looking awesome. Whoever finishes above them will win the league.
Big Rich, London
Fulham certainly doing a good audition to be the new Norwich or Watford today.
Stuart
Fulham 0-3 Arsenal
Probably quite difficult to judge either side on the back of this game, Fulham have after all only been promoted for about five minutes.
But they have looked poor, and Arsenal have looked excellent. Sharp.
Granit Xhaka goes down as Michael Hector, king of the loan spell, crunches him.

Robin P. Young: All the banter Arsenal got for signing Willian, he's been involved in all 3 goals today. Great value signing.
Jonnymango: Willian to Aubameyang to score. Opposition fans better get used to this.
Ian: Arsenal already look like a different animal to last season. Dominant.
Fulham 0-3 Arsenal
It's nearly four as Marek Rodak saves brilliantly in the middle after another rampage down the left from Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang - the flag was up though.
Steady on Rory!

On paper this Fulham team is the worst in premier league history.

BBC Radio 5 Live senior football reporter
If you look at Crystal Palace last year they had the oldest starting XI in the top flight and it was imperative they brought in fresh legs in the summer. They've done that with the likes of Eberechi Eze from QPR and Nathan Ferguson from West Brom.
Southampton after lockdown were very good, one defeat in nine, while Crystal Palace went the other way with one win in nine. They had some tough fixtures though and Roy Hodgson will feel the performances perhaps didn't mirror the results.
