  1. Lawro's prediction...published at 17:19 British Summer Time 19 September 2020

Man Utd v Crystal Palace (17:30 BST)

    Mark Lawrenson
    BBC football expert

This is Manchester United's first game back, while Crystal Palace started well with a good win over Southampton.

With Michy Batshuayi, on loan from Chelsea, the Eagles look like they have a few avenues for goals, which has been a problem for them in the past.

I still don't think they will get anything at Old Trafford, though. They won here last season, which is another reason United will be fully switched on this time - they will remember that.

    Prediction: 2-0

  2. 'We couldn't impose ourselves'published at 17:16 British Summer Time 19 September 2020

    Leeds 4-3 Fulham

    Leeds United

Leeds United manager Marcelo Bielsa speaking to BT Sport: "It was a difficult game, it was difficult for us to defend and to attack and it was difficult for us to impose our style on our opponents.

"In the first half we allowed them to play out from the back too easily and even though we didn't defend too badly, we couldn't attack.

"In the second half after 4-1 they reduced the scoreline in a short amount of time but it was becase they played well rather than we played badly. From then on, we played well."

Crystal Palace are unbeaten in their last four Premier League away games against Manchester United and City.

The last side to go five such games without defeat were Chelsea between May 2013 and October 2014.

  4. 'I hope it's not 4-3 every week!'published at 17:10 British Summer Time 19 September 2020

    FT: Leeds 4-3 Fulham

    Leeds United

Leeds striker Patrick Bamford speaking to BT Sport:

Will it be 4-3 every week?

"I hope not! We showed a good side of ourselves [against Liverpool]. Today was obviously a crucial match. We wanted to win but it was a bit too close in the end. There will be a few meetings next week to see where we went wrong but we won and that's the main thing.

"The second goal caught us off guard and the third goal wasn't long after that so it made us panic a bit. We managed to see it out but watching from the sidelines was horrible when I came off!

    On his goalscoring form

"It's a nice start, hopefully I can keep it up. The main thing is I'm doing my best for the team. I just try and do as much as I can.

On maintaining the press for 90 minutes

"It's hard. We only really had two pre-season games and then the last two games. Not everybody is up to full speed yet. In the first 20 minutes of last weekend and this weekend, I was really blowing. It's something we'll just adjust to.

"We're very demanding. Marcelo Bielsa has installed that into us. Everybody is willing to learn. He has shown we can become better players."

  5. 'De Gea played well for Spain. He looks in good shape'published at 17:09 British Summer Time 19 September 2020

Man Utd v Crystal Palace (17:30 BST)

    Manchester United

Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has been talking to Sky Sports about his team selection.

"Paul Pogba has been training really well. Donny van de Beek, it's his first game, he’s gelling into the group nicely. That’s the decision today.

"I’ve got two very good goalkeepers. David de Gea played well for Spain. We’ve had a quick turnaround this summer so those games show he’s in good form. He looks in good shape.

"Let’s see if we need Mason Greenwood. It’s a great option to have on the bench. He had a shorter pre-season than we hoped for that. That’s the reason for a few of our calls."

He's taking over from me now so I can go and watch Borussia Dortmund v Borussia Monchengladbach.

    Catch you again soon!

It was not one for the tacticians - it was for people who love wide open games. You're going to watch Leeds for the rest of the season and you're going to enjoy it.

    Great game, great entertainment.

Fulham have the ball back moments later but time is running out so they're launching it straight up the pitch.

There's no way Leeds can hope to survive playing like they're currently being coached to. It doesn't work at this level — as even a limited Fulham are showing by finding it relatively easy to score. This is why Bielsa has always fallen short at the top level.

It's Leeds who look more likely to score in the dying minutes. Fulham need an equaliser.
