Alexandre Lacazette has scored his 50th goal for Arsenal, becoming the fourth Frenchman to reach this tally for the club after Thierry Henry (228), Robert Pires (84) and Olivier Giroud (105).

Alexandre Lacazette has scored four Premier League goals against West Ham. He has not scored more against anybody else (also four against Fulham).

Good tackle by Declan Rice to deny Hector Bellerin just after he had cut into the box. Rice has been everywhere so far.

Declan Rice ghosts through the Arsenal midfield and plays in Michail Antonio - but the move ends as Pablo Fornals commits a foul.

Arsenal have lost their opening Premier League home match in five of the last nine seasons (W3 D1 L5). One of those defeats was 2-0 against West Ham in 2015.

West Ham's Jarrod Bowen calls for a penalty as he is nudged by Gabriel and goes down. He went down too easily. No penalty. And it was outside the box anyway.

Crystal Palace

Crystal Palace winger Andros Townsend speaking to BBC Match of the Day: "We knew Manchester United didn’t play last week and that we had the mental advantage.

"If anything we could have won it by more than three goals. We had some chances and have added some quality since last season. It could have been a more handsome result but we will take that all day.

"We made certain and kept them playing in front of us and they could not profit from those spaces they are skilful enough to find.

"And when we had the ball I thought we looked very dangerous and threatening so I don't think it was a big surprise that we scored three.

"When you come here you need to show you are going to play on the front foot and not just defend and let them do what they want on the ball. We started in the right way and finished in the right way.

"We were concerned about them getting behind our back four which they didn't do.

"We need to be very careful because Everton are in extremely good form and then we go to Chelsea, so the next two games will be equally hard for us to get anything from."
