Nathan Fossey: So, one the one hand I’m infuriated about having three Man U players in my fantasy team doing absolutely nothing against #CrystalPalace, but on the other hand finding how shocking they are extremely funny.

Rob A: Zaha setting himself up for a United panic buy before the window closes

Andrew Morris: United can't expect any improvement or any success while we still have Woodward in charge of transfers. There's no reason why United are constantly chasing their tails and getting nowhere. He's the common denominator; he has to go. And bring in Sancho ASAP

Manchester United are beaten in their opening Premier League game.

Crystal Palace, very deservedly, make it two wins out of two.

Bruno Fernandes' cross is cleared away. Mason Greenwood's following cross is put behind for one last corner.

United have a late corner but unless they can somehow score two goals from it, it's too late.

United have conceded three goals in a Premier League home match for the first time since a 3-0 home loss against Tottenham Hotspur on 27 August 2018.

    Man Utd 1-3 Crystal Palace

United have a few attacking throw-ins but they're going nowhere with them.

Luke Shaw plays an outside-of-the-foot cross but nobody gambled.

Six minutes added on. But there's no chance of a comeback here. United look beaten.

Not a Utd fan (Plymouth Argyle)... Liverpool doing the things champions do - few but adding quality signings. Chelsea - lots of quality signings. City - strengthening (bet there'll be more to come). Arsenal - stronger and clear focus from manager. Wolves - not sure they're stronger, but no Europa League will benefit. Everton - much stronger. Top 6 may be tough for Utd. Maybe between them and Spurs for most disappointing 'big club' this season....

    Eddie. Plymouth.

AGADA CHRIS: Zaha feeling at home on the ground he was rejected.

Paul: Remember when man utd were a good team? I do. This man utd team is a million miles away from the top 2. Blame the ref and that penalty all you want but it would just be masking that they've been terrible in this game anyway. Palace deserve win if they do

Abu: This start will give United even less leverage when it comes to their panic buys after this. Teams will know they are desperate and need new players....

    Wilfried Zaha

Game over. Former Manchester United forward Wilfried Zaha has two goals against his old club.

He gets the ball on the edge of the box, holds off Victor Lindelof - who should do much better - and drives in a low shot which leaves David de Gea rooted to the spot.

He is the 12th different Dutch player to appear for Man Utd in the Premier League.
