Timo Werner could get a couple of goals in this game because of the way Atletico are pushing on, I don't think they have the pace at the back. But Chelsea need to find him a lot quicker because his movement is really good.

Big save from Oblak. He's kept this tie just about alive with a big right hand to block Werner's low drive from an angle.

Reece James is straight back on it, swinging over another dangerous cross that is cleared before Werner can cause havoc.

Lodi has struggled - getting booked and terrorised by James - so he is replaced by Mario Hermoso. Looks like Atletico have gone three at the back.

Leroy Sane gets to the byline, has Robert Lewandowski and Thomas Muller waiting in the middle but he goes for goal from a tight angle and it's blocked.

Lewandowski has also scored all 13 of his penalties taken in the Champions League.

It would take a serious turnaround in this game now for Chelsea to blow the tie. They've had such a control on that first 45 minutes.

They could end up running away with it considering that Atletico have to come out now and attack.

Brilliant - really good performance, in the first five or ten minutes I thought we had a game here. Atletico were coming at Chelsea but once they got into the rhythm and shape that they're good at and comfortable they had total control of the game.

Ngolo Kante and Mateo Kovacic have been really good just sitting protecting the back three and in attack as well they have been really good. Atletico just don't know what to do.

Chelsea can be very pleased with that.

They largely dominated and doubled their lead in the tie.

Atletico's only gripe can be the potential penalty for Azpilicueta's pull-back on Carrasco. Looked a spot-kick but wasn't given.

It is all Chelsea.

They work it down the right (again) and set up a central shooting opportunity for Kovacic, who fires and has Oblak diving but puts the ball past the post.

Chelsea come forward again and both Werner and Havertz fail to get a shot away following James' cross. There are half-hearted calls for a penalty as Havertz goes down but a corner is the end result. Atletico clear the resulting set-piece.

Shortly after, Rudiger finds himself in the box with the ball at his feet and goes for glory from a tight angle, but punts his effort way over the bar.

It's not been a thriller but Bayern are cruising through with a 5-1 aggregate lead at the break.

Havertz tries to fashion something for the Blues, but after collecting the ball from Alonso in the box he can't get his cross past Oblak.

What a cross this is from Llorente.

He is found charging down the right and drives his delivery right through the six-yard box. No other Atletico player gambled.

Soon after, Joao Felix fires a shot that Kante takes the sting out of with a partial block, making the save easy for Mendy.

Chelsea are looking to kill this before the break. Kante releases James down the right and his low cross is deflected away from Werner and Havertz by Savic at the near post.

Atletico are clinging on.

Joshua Kimmich has two shots blocked in the box before Serge Gnabry wins a free-kick right on the edge for a foul by Sergej Milinkovic-Savic.

Brilliant play from Chelsea, counter attacking football it actually came from a free-kick - it was Timo Werner who came in and stopped the cross from Kieran Trippier - it got blocked and then it came to Kai Havertz and he played Werner back in.

Werner took a couple of touches and allowed Hakim Ziyech to get in the right position in the 18-yard box and he plays it across and all Ziyech has to do is tap it in- the goalkeeper had no chance. Brilliant counter-attacking play from Chelsea
