Liverpool 0-0 Real Madrid (agg 1-3)
Real Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane: "We were up against it and we knew we had to suffer tonight, but in the end we got what we wanted, which was to go through.
"I think we handled the game well, we rode the storm and can be proud of our display.
"We knew they'd start fast and they were really good in the opening 15 minutes, but that's normal.
"In the quarter-finals of the Champions League you have to dig in and we did that and got through."
Liverpool 0-0 Real Madrid (agg 1-3)
Real Madrid have qualified for the semi-finals of the European Cup/Champions League for the 30th time, at least 10 more than any other team.
They have progressed from 11 of their 12 two-legged knockout ties in the Champions League under Zinedine Zidane, with their only elimination coming against Manchester City in last season’s last 16.
Borussia Dortmund 1-2 Man City (agg 2-4)
Jude Bellingham is only the third 17-year-old to score a Champions League knockout stage goal (alongside Bojan and Jamal Musiala).
He is only the second English player to score one for a non-English team after Steve McManaman for Real Madrid.
Musiala was actually an England youth international when he scored for Bayern Munich against Lazio - but the next day declared for Germany.
Borussia Dortmund 1-2 Man City (agg 2-4)
Borussia Dortmund’s Jude Bellingham is only the second player to reach 10 Champions League appearances before turning 18 - after Youri Tielemans in 2014.
The previous youngest English player to reach 10 games was Theo Walcott (18y 341d in 2008).
Borussia Dortmund 1-2 Man City (agg 2-4)
Borussia Dortmund have now scored in each of their last 40 matches across all competitions (82 goals), with only their German counterparts Bayern Munich (65) on a longer scoring run of all sides within the top five European leagues.
Two English sides (Chelsea and Manchester City) will appear in the semi-finals for the second time in the last three campaigns (Liverpool and Spurs in 2018-19).
After both Bayern Munich and RB Leipzig made the Champions League semi-finals last season, no German side has reached the final four this term.
Borussia Dortmund 1-2 Man City (agg 2-4)
Pep Guardiola is the fourth manager to reach the Champions League semi-finals in charge of three different teams, after Jose Mourinho (four teams), Carlo Ancelotti and Louis van Gaal.

Manchester City
City boss Pep Guardiola on what he said to goalscorer Phil Foden when he ran over to celebrate: "He found me, he ran everyone and found me. That's for all the club, all the people that work so hard, to achieve what we have achieved so far.
"I said 'well done, good shot, we go'.
"We need three wins to win the PL, we are in the semi-finals of the Champions League, we are in semi-finals of the FA Cup and the final of Carabao Cup. It is incredible what we have done.
"We don't talk about winning all four. Now we take one game at a time."

When Pep Guardiola is at his best, he simplifies it. That's when his teams are at their best. It's going to be so good to watch against PSG, you hope all the big players turn up.

Manchester City
More from Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola to BT Sport: "This competition is nice but also so unfair because we are judged as a failure or a disaster when we are knocked out. You play 11 months for the Premier League and the other competitions.
"Today it was a penalty with the hand and maybe not given on another day it could be not given. We were out for handball when it was not given against Tottenham. This competition depends on the situation. But the way we played in the second half was with personality."

Liverpool
Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp talking to BT Sport: "You always need the key moments. We didn't lose the tie tonight, we lost in Madrid. It was uncomfortable for Madrid. We were good, agressive, had chances.
"If and when is not interesting. We didn't score and then the experience of Real Madrid played the tie down. That is ourselves this year with the finishing.
"We know how often Mo Salah finishes these things with closed eyes. Not here. Tonight it was absolutely OK, but we are out.
"We love this competition and for other reasons it is very important we are back in it. We can now concentrate on the Premier League and we will. We have to work our socks off against Leeds."
Borussia Dortmund 1-2 Manchester City (agg 2-4)
Manchester City
Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola, speaking to BT Sport: "I am incredibly happy for this club, for this chairman and for the fans, everyone.
"It is the second time in the semi-finals so it is not history in the club, but we start to build it.
"We were brilliant except the first 10 minutes where they were good.
"I'm incredibly happy to be in the semi-finals, to be one of the best four teams in Europe, to be against big, strong teams and we will try to be good."

They had too much to do in the second leg, and an experienced Real Madrid team put in a good performance.
Liverpool were extremely good, they took the game to them but Real set themselves. They had a flat back six at times! They are outstanding on the ball, and they all want it in difficult areas.
Borussia Dortmund 1-2 Man City (agg 2-4)
Manchester City are on a club record run of 16 consecutive away wins, since a goalless draw at Manchester United in the Premier League on 12 December.
Liverpool 0-0 Real Madrid (agg 1-3)

Once again Liverpool look like rabbits in the headlights as soon as the road ahead tips uphill and as they look at their bench to mix things up the lack of strength in depth is plain to see.

Former Man Utd striker on BBC Radio 5 Live
Whatever he has done, it is working. Pep has drip fed Foden's talent into the first team. He is changing, becoming more accustomed to the physicality and decision making in the game.
He's taken on so much from both Silvas he has played with at City. That left hand side he plays on is his - he is so comfortable.
Liverpool 0-0 Real Madrid (agg 1-3)
Zinedine Zidane has been Real Madrid boss for less than five years.
They have won three Champions Leagues and two La Liga titles - and could win both trophies again this season.
Do you think Zidane deserves to be talked about more as one of the world's best managers? Thumbs up for yes, thumbs down if you're not that impressed.
