Some concerted Norwich pressure sees winger Przemyslaw Placheta fizz a ball across the box and then Teemu Pukki and Max Aarons also keeping the ball alive.

Bournemouth survive but are struggling to get out, but the spell ends when an Aarons strike flies well over.

It should be 2-0 to the Cherries. A glorious chance is wasted by Dominic Solanke, who heads over from six yards after more great work from Arnaut Danjuma.

Bang on cue, Max Aarons is involved for Norwich. They are screaming for a penalty as Aarons looks to get on the end of a crossfield pass but then seems to throw himself to the ground under a challenge from Adam Smith.

We haven't seen that much of Max Aarons in attack. Bournemouth have doubled up on the Norwich full-back limiting his chances of creating from out wide.

Cherries keeper Asmir Begovic makes a bit of meal dealing with a 25-yard Xavi Quintillá strike, pushing the ball up into the air before claiming.

At the other end Arnaut Danjuma remains a danger every time he gets the ball. He's been hugely impressive.

No changes at the break.

But a very swift start at both ends.

Arnaut Danjuma thinks he should have made it 2-0 for Bournemouth.

He reacts like an excited toddler, trying to smash the ball goalwards from Dominic Solanke's pass and is way off connecting properly.

Norwich then break and threaten before Danjuma has another sight of goal, forcing a regulation save from Tim Krul.

A 1-0 scoreline feels just about right.

Both keepers were called into action on a couple of occasions but Tim Krul's saves were far more difficult than his Bournemouth counterpart Asmir Begovic.

Krul did brilliantly to deny Dominic Solanke and Jack Stacey but had little chance at keeping out Arnaut Danjuma's brilliant strike into the bottom corner.

Norwich still look dangerous though, with Onel Hernandez their most likely creator.

That's that. Bournemouth lead after a pretty even first half.

Asmir Begovic is called into action. It's a decent enough save, beating away Lukas Rupp's effort from Teemu Pukki's pull-back.

We will have one minute of time added on.

Dominic Solanke is racking up the fouls, the Bournemouth attacker conceding another one as he tussles for possession out wide.

The fouls are totting up and he can't be that many away from a yellow card.

Norwich are pushing for an equaliser before the break which is now less than five minutes away.

Canaries boss Daniel Farke was looking increasingly frustrated before Bournemouth scored and his mood won't have been improved by going behind.

A lack of quality in good attacking positions is an issue at the moment.

The first caution of the day sees Kenny McLean go into the book for a late challenge on goalscorer Arnaut Danjuma. No complaints about that one.

But hold on - some action again. A blinding save by Norwich keeper Tim Krul who dives to his right to keep our a superb downward header from Jack Stacey at the far post.

Guess what. Bournemouth's third corner is a waste.

It's gone pretty flat in the last 10 minutes or so. Most games feel a bit like a reserve game back in the day, but this even more so.

In a word. No. It's a short one which finally leads to a blocked shot on the edge of the box. Bournemouth are staying in Norwich territory though.
