Manchester United fans will be disappointed they are not getting Jadon Sancho because we all know he is a top quality player.
£100million was a little bit too much for me, I thought £75m was about right, but because he is so young and has so many attributes fans will be disappointed.
People don't take into consideration that it is not just the transfer fee, it's his wages as well. It could have added up to a £170m deal, which is a lot of money and a lot a pressure for a young player like that as well.
We mentioned this one could happen a little earlier on and now it has - Federico Chiesa has moved to Juventus from Fiorentina.

It is a dream move for Albert Adomah as the winger joins QPR - the club he has supported since he was young.
The 32-year-old has joined on a free transfer after leaving Nottingham Forest and throughout his career was often seen inside QPR's club shop buying memorabilia and shirts.
He said: “I was in White City last week and I was thinking about going to the club shop to buy a top – but I thought I would wait and get one for free!”

I tried to do an interview with Gunnersaurus about two years ago and got an email back from the Arsenal media team saying he couldn't respond to a request "because he is a dinosaur."
Fair enough really.

Brandon: I might have myself a 6 limit Partey but Aouar we going to make it a successful window without a proper creative midfielder
Pablo: I imagine Ole asked Ed to get Sancho, and if he couldn't do that, then get Traore as backup, meaning Adama @ Wolves. The look on his face when Woodward gloats into his office about securing Traore for a bargain €30m, & realises its the wrong one.

Manchester United are trying to do some business but their problems in the transfer market have been apparent before what happened yesterday and the shambles in defence. You've got to wonder about the Manchester United transfer policy and the direction and the lack of planning and the strategy they've got because, for me, they haven't addressed the problems that everyone can see that they've got and that is a weakness in defence. Edinson Cavani might come in, that smacks of a desperation move because he's been a free agent since June and they're trying to do a deal close to the deadline for a 33-year-old on a one-year contract and the option for a further year.
They've pursued Jadon Sancho, that's not going to happen. Ousmane Dembele has been linked but that's complicated because I think they're hoping for Memphis Depay to come in at Barcelona at the other end. They're going to try and grab Alex Telles from Porto who's a left-back and then there's a link with some promising youngsters, one of them is Amad Traore from Atalanta who's 18 years of age.
But the problem will remain the same, the performance yesterday at Old Trafford, in terms of timing, was possibly the worst performance that could've happened for Ole Gunnar Solskjær and the Man United hierarchy because it just highlighted what everybody has been saying for so long and yet they still haven't addressed it and that is defensive reinforcements.
Not a transfer - but good news for Manchester City.

Micah Richards is 497 days younger than Edinson Cavani.

People need to put more respect on Edinson Cavani's name. He is world class.
I know he is 33, but he has still got top quality. He is exactly the player Man Utd need right now.
He presses from the front, he scores goals.
He is not going to be a part of a five-year plan, but as a stop-gap, to give United more time to bring in players over the coming seasons, for me he would be a massive player for Manchester United.

With Callum Hudson-Odoi staying at Chelsea, attention turns to the mystery surrounding defender Antonio Rudiger.
It's a puzzling one, because no-one has really put a finger on why the German international has been frozen out of the Chelsea squad in recent games by manager Frank Lampard.
The 27-year-old has been linked with several clubs, but when West Ham made an enquiry, they were turned down. There have also been talks with AC Milan, but I'm told the two clubs could not agree on a deal.
I've got a strange liking for central midfielders who wear the number five shirt so I like him. Get him in. Sokratis can hand it over.

Thomas Partey – what a signing. I cannot believe there are not more clubs lining up for him. He is so good. A lot of people just think about him defensively, but he has actually got quite a bit going forward.
He has scored goals for the national team (Ghana) and a few for Atletico Madrid as well. If Arsenal can get him it would be a massive deal for them. Arsenal are doing their business quietly, but if they would be able to get Partey it would be a massive statement.
An excellent 'players will stay unless they leave' update there. It's that sort of day.
But we all know one domino falling can kick us off. Keep the faith people.

Liverpool forward Xherdan Shaqiri and winger Harry Wilson have been linked with moves away from Anfield but those appear unlikely at this stage.
Along with Marko Grujic, they seem set to stay with the Reds until at least January unless anything significant changes before the transfer window closes tonight.

It's been a pretty busy day at Bayern Munich...
First it was Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting, then Douglas Costa and now French right-back Bouna Sarr is in the building.
The 28-year-old joins from Marseille and has signed a four-year deal with the European champions.

Surely Ed Woodward has just misspelled Adama Traore with that one?
Simon Stone
BBC Sport
There is a general view that Manchester United need a central defender, but they have already got five central defenders.
They need to make more of what they have got. They need to stop Harry Maguire making basic mistakes.
So the negativity won't go away by what is happening today, but the Amad Traore deal is an interesting one.
All the way through Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's reign Manchester United have said we are looking long term, we are going for younger players - Traore would fit that category.
Traore would be a lifeboat to clutch at in a time of turbulence at Old Trafford.
