If Harvey Barnes gets away he is in down the left. He has got acres of space. He slipped, didn't manage to get the tackle in but stopped the player by literally pulling his shorts all the way down and made sure he wasn't getting away from him. I would say that is a good yellow at that stage of the game.

Now Aston Villa have the chance to do something with a promising free kick just outside the area but Matt Targett can't keep his effort down and it sails high over the bar.

Harvey Barnes wins a battle with Matty Cash and is about to get away until Cash grabs Barnes' shorts with both hands and pulls him back.

Cash, unsurprisingly, is booked but it worked out well in the end as the Leicester free kick comes to nothing.

Things are a bit more even now after Leicester had the better of the early stages.

An Aston Villa corner is cleared but the visitors pick up the ball and attack again through Ollie Watkins, who can't find a team-mate with a lofted ball into the box.

John McGinn quickly follows Ayoze Perez in going in the referee's book as he is penalised for a foul on Harvey Barnes.

A darting run by Jack Grealish is brought to a halt by a late challenge by Ayoze Perez, who gets the game's first yellow card as a result.

Ollie Watkins was sensational against Liverpool, scoring a hat-trick in the 7-2 win but its been a quiet game so far for the striker. He's had just five touches of the ball, the fewest of any player on the pitch.

Aston Villa are playing a high-block and getting caught.

Every time Leicester get it in between the Aston Villa lines they seem to have the opportunity to play someone in on goal or have a shot.

That has got to be a real worry to Villas as they are clear opportunities to shoot, not half-chances.

Lovely cutback by Jack Grealish into the middle of the box and Trezeguet is onto to it but places his shot just wide of the post under perssure from James Justin.

Another chance for Leicester as Kelechi Iheanacho runs along the edge of the area before hitting a low shot straight at Emiliano Martinez.

The opportunities are starting to emerge in the final third at both ends.

Leicester waste the corner after that Timothy Castagne chance and Aston Villa break quickly, with Trezeguet almost onto a clipped ball into the box by John McGinn but Kasper Schmeichel gets to it first.
