  1. GREAT SAVE!published at 21 mins

    Manchester United 0-0 Arsenal

It doesn't offend me too much, there's much worse out there I reckon. Kieran Tierney whips in a fine cross but it's nodded clear.

And at last a chance! Marcus Rashford picks up a pocket of space on the right wing and threads a gem of a pass out to Mason Greenwood on the left. The angle is tight but not too dissimilar from the one he scored against RBL. This time he can only drill to the near post and it's saved by Bernd Leno.

That's the first time either of these teams have put five passes together. They kept it simple.

I think Aubameyang was only a foot away. That's what they need to do if they want their man back on the scoresheet. Create chances for him.

Will we get good Utd or bad Utd today? So far, it feels like the latter.

  6. CLOSE!published at 14 mins

    Manchester United 0-0 Arsenal

Cracking football and that's nearly the opener for Arsenal, who have been much the better side so far. Thomas Partey starts it with a cracking ball out wide. Willian waits for the overlap from Hector Bellerin, slides him in and the Catalan-Cockney drills in a lovely cross which Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is very very close to meeting on the slide.

    Fizzed across goal...

Mohamed Elneny has a big job today for Arsenal.

Positionally it looks like he sitting in front of the visitors' defence.

However, it was interesting to see how he moved into a wider slot when Bruno Fernandes drifted out of the central area.

Shutting Fernandes down is crucial to Arsenal's chances of success.

United haven't won any of their last five home league games which is barely credible to followers of a certain age.Thomas Partey shows a little of what he's all about, winning the ball deep, nutmegging Fred and then starting a counter attack. Very nice.

It's been really sloppy so far.

It has been an incredible 29 games since Arsenal last secured an away win at a fellow member of England's 'big six'.

The run dates back to 2015.

The Gunners have already lost at Liverpool and Manchester City this season.
