West Bromwich Albion 0-1 Crystal Palace
My concern before the game was where the goals were going to come from. I hadn't factored in own goals.

There were appeals, and a VAR check, for a Zaha foul before he put the cross in but there was no contact on the Albion defender who just lost his footing.
Good start for Palace, rewarded.

As we thought, it's Wilfried Zaha who does the damage! Such a bad goal to concede though as Palace take a quick free-kick, Zaha loses his man on the right and flashes in a low cross.
It has to be dealt with, devilish delivery, and Darnell Furlong tries to cut it out but can only steer it in to his own goal.

Both sides looking to move the ball sharply, we've started at a decent tempo. Matt Phillips is playing very high up on that left flank for West Brom. More wing-back than anything.
West Bromwich Albion 0-0 Crystal Palace
Our first moment of note comes from the boots of Wilfried Zaha and my word that's superb.
He has the ball on the edge of the area, has two men on him, loses them with a sort of Zidane spin and then smacks a rising shot just over the top. Brilliant play!

Hmmmm. I think Mike has got the wrong number but I can't say I'm not intrigued...
Hi team, I bought six patio fruit trees from newspaper earlier in the year. They are 3ft tall do I need to trim them back? When? And how do I cut off? Thanks

And our Sunday is a go!
It's also Wilfried Zaha's 200th Premier League start. He made his first PL start in Cardiff City's 3-0 defeat at Swansea City on 8 February 2014.

Here we go then - I feel the return of Wilf Zaha could be key today...

Florence and the Machine makes way for some dramatic classical music that I should probably know but to be honest I can't place.
It means the teams are on their way anyway.

The Hawthorns does tend to be chilly. High up isn't it.

Crystal Palace manager Roy Hodgson was in charge of West Brom between 2011-12, or between Liverpool and England if you prefer.
He's won 10 of his 24 Premier League matches against sides he’s previously taken charge of in the competition – only Harry Redknapp and Sam Allardyce (11 each) have won more such games.

Euan Walsh: Big game for the Albion today but this is where we knew we'd be and I'm confident we'll come out on top in the season

What do they have for a pre-match meal for a game at this time?
Can't be having pasta at 10am surely.
The players are about to head in after their warm-ups - they'll need one today. Looks a chilly one.

I'm sure there will be plenty of reaction to that news throughout the day across BBC Sport.
Some sad news to start the day - Peter Alliss, the legendary BBC golf commentator, has died at the age of 89.
Alliss, known as 'the voice of golf' to fans around the world, has been synonymous with the BBC's golf coverage for more than half a century.
Having first appeared on the BBC in 1961, he was made lead golf commentator in 1978 after retiring as a player.
"It is with great sadness we announce the passing of golfing and broadcast legend Peter Alliss," said Alliss' family.

This is the question on everyone’s lips. It’s amazing to me, the difference between the back of this season and the start of this season.
They had so much success under Mikel Arteta and I felt like he was clearing out of the old, bringing in some really good players. They even had a really good result at Old Trafford, then it fell apart.
