    Scott McTominay (2 mins)

Wow what a start! Manchester United lead in 69 seconds!

    Welcome back to OT, Leeds.

They lose the ball from a throw and Manchester United attack at real pace, Bruno Fernandes rolls it square to Scott McTominay but there still doesn't seem too much to worry about.

Instead he lashes in his first league goal of the season from about 20 yards. Brilliantly struck!

In some of these games fans want to see people just go round and kick lumps out of players. If you can be that type of player the fans will fall for you in a heartbeat.

There's been so many highs and lows already in Manchester United's season.

Looking at the Champions League, the PSG performance and then the Demba Ba goal. You just look at that and think how can that happen? Let alone at Manchester United or that level.

    It just seems so inconsistent.

Ole will always get judged in the big games and this season alone they've only taken two points from Chelsea, Spurs, Arsenal and Man City and scored one goal.

But if they win today they will be right up there - in a way they could be title contenders.

The Lee Sharpe derby, the Eric Cantona derby, the Alan Smith derby, the Rio Ferdinand derby, the Gordon Strachan derby...

Depends on your age I guess. It just counts as a massive game no matter which players come to mind.

Gareth Southgate is in the house as the Manchester United subs take their seats.

A huge victory and well deserved for Leicester. Their two centre-halves were outstanding as were the two midfielders in front of them, it was on off day for Spurs. Take nothing away from Leicester, they fully deserved the three points.

    Tottenham 0-2 Leicester

    Leicester City

Leicester City striker Jamie Vardy to Sky Sports:

"We've come here with a gameplan and we've absolutely nailed what we wanted to do. It's set us on the way to get the three points that we think we deserved.

"We wanted to get about them, we didn't want to give them much time but we knew we could let them bring it in their first third.

"As soon as they got towards the halfway line, we knew we could put the press on, get the ball back, keep it, find the spaces and create some chances."

On fine away form (sixth win in seven):

"It obviously shows we're doing something wrong in our home games - we need to get these performances going in week, week out, get the consistency going and hopefully pick up some more wins."

Manchester United are unbeaten in their last 15 home league games against Leeds (W9 D6), since a 0-1 loss in February 1981. This is the first league meeting between the sides since a 1-1 draw at Old Trafford in February 2004.

Leeds did win on their last visit down the M62 though - winning an FA Cup tie 1-0 in January 2010 thanks to a Jermaine Beckford goal.

A mixed bag maybe but Manchester United can go third with a win today.

Win both of their games in hand and they would be second - just two points behind leaders Liverpool.

    Crazy, but true.

It's been a mixed bag since Ole Gunnar Solskjaer took over - that's pretty much where he's at at the moment.

They've recruited well and he's trying to build a squad and a team but he needs time.

But, they are Manchester United - they have to be winning trophies. In the league they are actually doing quite well - their away form has been unbelievable.

it's such a big rivalry - especially with being from Manchester as well. I'll be very clear about this, people from Manchester hate Leeds United, but if you think that's bad the people in Leeds hate the Mancunians even more.

To be able to have that type of rivalry there is terrific. I saw it in the academy, I was playing for Manchester City and the Leeds people hated us and we hated them. But then you see that Manchester United and Leeds rivalry and it is special and I'm glad that I'm able to see it - especially now I'm not playing because I can just sit and laugh at everything that's going to go on.
