    Chelsea boss Frank Lampard has delivered on his promise of at least six changes after his side's disappointing defeat at Arsenal.

    Edouard Mendy, N'Golo Kante, Christian Pulisic, Mason Mount and Ben Chilwell are the five survivors from the Emirates.
