    West Brom 0-1 Leeds

All Leeds. West Brom haven't been able to compose themselves yet. They do win a throw-in in the right corner though and Darnell Furlong launches it long.

It's flicked on straight into Bernd Leno's arms.

    Brighton 0-0 Arsenal

Good break from Brighton down the right and they have a corner when the shot is deflected out.

Dan Burn is in the middle as it's floated in by Yves Bissouma but he can't keep the header down as he tries to generate power.

    Burnley 0-0 Sheff Utd

Rhian Brewster slices an effort on the turn into the sidenetting as Sheffield United threaten for the first time.

The Blades really need a win here otherwise it is going to look very, very bleak heading into the new year.

Kieran Tierney gets down the left for Arsenal and whips in a dangerous cross. It's cleared for a corner - their first of the game.

    Doesn't beat the first man.

It was a fantastic finish by Romaine Sawyers! It was so unfortunate as he has been one of West Brom's best players this season. He's one of my favourite players for the Albion, so to see the manner in which he scored that own goal is pretty unfortunate. When the tide is against you, you are always going to be un against it.

    Southampton 0-0 West Ham

Theo Walcott sweeps an effort just wide as Southampton continue to pressure the West Ham defence.

The Hammers haven't had a shot of any note yet. Just getting out of their own half is proving a challenge at the moment.

  11. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 18:09 Greenwich Mean Time 29 December 2020

    Burnley 0-0 Sheff Utd

Burnley have been much the better side so far in this one but they are forced into an early change as Charlie Taylor pulls up with what appears to be a muscle injury. He is replaced by Josh Benson.

GOAL - West Brom 0-1 Leedspublished at 18:09 Greenwich Mean Time 29 December 2020

Romaine Sawyers (9 mins - own goal)

Oh my word. This is awful.

There's relatively little pressure from Leeds but West Brom panic at the back. Sam Johnstone is away from his goal and Romaine Sawyers, 25 yards out, doesn't look before passing it back.

Johnstone can't get into position in time and it rolls straight through and into an open net.

    Shocker. Absolute shocker.

  13. DISALLOWED GOALpublished at 18:08 Greenwich Mean Time 29 December 2020

    Southampton 0-0 West Ham

You almost wish VAR would overturn this just because it was such a good strike by Danny Ings.

Che Adams appears to get in behind the defence to a ball over the top and then lifts it to Danny Ings on the edge of the area. The striker jinks between two defenders superbly before smashing a low effort into the bottom corner but it is ruled out, with Adams having been offside.

  14. Postpublished at 18:07 Greenwich Mean Time 29 December 2020

    West Brom 0-0 Leeds

Jack Harrison is involved again as he tries to get a shot away from close range in the box but he's blocked off and it rolls out for a goal kick.

Grady Diangana is then brought down by Stuart Dallas.

  15. 'Not expecting to see Arsenal so low'published at 18:07 Greenwich Mean Time 29 December 2020

    Brighton 0-0 Arsenal

    Jermaine Beckford
Ex-Leeds Utd striker on BBC Radio 5 Live

Arsenal's position in the table was something we were not expecting to see, especially over the recent history Arsenal have had.

Arsene Wenger changed the whole footballing culture of the club and to see them going from a regular top four club to where they are now, it is such a bizarre sight.

They are going through another transitional period in their club lifetime, so it's always going to take time.

The top players haven't been turning up and doing their best and it's frustrating for fans to see.

  16. Postpublished at 18:05 Greenwich Mean Time 29 December 2020

    West Brom 0-0 Leeds

Jack Harrison's cross is too deep but it's kept in play on the far side. Grady Diangana gets back to do his defensive duties. Leeds are enjoying lots of possession at the moment.

  17. Postpublished at 18:05 Greenwich Mean Time 29 December 2020

    Southampton 0-0 West Ham

David Moyes has gone for a much-more attack minded first XI after his negative selection against Brighton last time out resulted in a dreadful first-half display.

His side are having to do quite a lot of defending at the moment though with Southampton dominating possession.

  18. Postpublished at 18:04 Greenwich Mean Time 29 December 2020

    Brighton 0-0 Arsenal

Bukayo Saka cuts inside off the right and lays it off to Mohamed Elneny. He tries to thread it through to Hector Bellerin but gets too much on it.

  19. GREAT SAVE!published at 18:02 Greenwich Mean Time 29 December 2020

    BIG SAVE!

It looked like being a disastrous start for Sheffield United as Ashley Barnes suddenly found himself in on goal from a knockdown but Aaron Ramsdale throws himself in front of the shot and blocks the danger.

  20. Postpublished at 18:02 Greenwich Mean Time 29 December 2020

The Baggies are pressing high early on. Luke Ayling manages to keep the ball in the corner before Kalvin Phillips is hurried into a back pass.
