Seagulls boss Graham Potter speaking to Amazon Prime: "I thought it was OK. In the first half we competed well. Regarding chances it was quite even.
"If you don't score and they do, then that's how it is.
"Our workrate was really really good. We fell short and didn't come away with anything.
"We're suffering at the moment. The level we're playing at the opposition have qualities themselves and can score from one chance.
"Our job is to create more chances and limit the opposition. Despite where they are in the league they have good attacking players.
"We feel like we've consistently performed well. We've been in the games In this league you do suffer, but you have to stick together.
"There are no easy games in this league. Nothing changes from our perspective. Every game is a fight."

Wolves have picked up where they left off against Tottenham on Sunday.
Despite the changes in personnel they are looking dangerous in attack, with Pedro Neto and Vitinha both looking lively.
In contrast, United can't find gaps in the visitors' defence and chances are proving hard to come by.
Man Utd 0-0 Wolves
Pedro Neto's cut-back comes to Rayan Ait-Nouri but he's falling as he shoots and he almost hits the corner flag.
FT: West Brom 0-5 Leeds
West Bromwich Albion
West Brom manager Sam Allardyce, speaking to MOTD: "A real shock tonight. Having come back from Liverpool and looked like there was some hope there, the grit and determination, the result that we got would give the players some confidence.
"But the first thing we have to do stop conceding goals in the first 15 minutes, which has been done on a regular basis and the opposition usually score then.
"Instead of them scoring we decided to score a bizarre goal. You must recover from there, you mustn’t let that get you down. But Leeds overran us and we didn’t compete like we did at Liverpool.
"Leeds took full advantage of us not closing down the opposition. When we attacked and opened up we didn’t get back in. When we lost the ball we didn’t have enough quality to put enough pressure on Leeds United because we were playing the wrong ball at the wrong time.
"But we have to try and win a game. We gifted Leeds too much and they eventually overran us.
"When you’re playing at home and playing someone else - not the likes of Liverpool - you’ve got a try and break out and score. Drawing a game is fine by me at the moment but we have to start winning soon, otherwise if that gap starts getting bigger and bigger - which he has done today - then it becomes a big, big task to pick those points up."
Man Utd 0-0 Wolves
Bruno Fernandes gives it away but Wolves can't capitalise through Pedro Neto on the right. He's switched sides with Adama Traore for a bit.
Marcus Rashford then gets the better of Ki-Jana Hoever on the left but his cut-back is intercepted before Nemanja Matic's cross is flicked wide by Edinson Cavani, with Fernandes behind him ready to poke it in...
FT: Southampton 0-0 West Ham
Southampton
Southampton assistant Richard Kitzbichler speaking to BBC Match of the Day: "It was a little surprising for me to be on the sideline today. It can always happen in times like this and we coped with the situation.
"The result was good for us based on our history in games against West Ham, unfortunately we weren't able to score. We had good movement in their half. Overall it was a good game.
"We always like to score goals and we are used to scoring goals. Now it is a little bit harder and we have to work on that. I am also very happy we have kept this clean sheet.
"We have to get back in shape now for this important first game of the new year [against Liverpool]."
Man Utd 0-0 Wolves
Alex Telles' cross is easy for Rui Patricio. After a bright opening five minutes, it's not been inspiring stuff from United.
Wolves haven't created too much but look a threat on the counter.
Man Utd 0-0 Wolves
Joao Moutinho lifts an inviting free-kick into the box and it's flicked on by Romain Saiss. David de Gea isn't sure about it and ends up having to fingertip it onto the cross bar.

FT: West Brom 0-5 Leeds
West Bromwich Albion
West Brom manager Sam Allardyce, speaking to Amazon Prime: "Things can happen like that (the own goal), they are unexpected but when they do happen they have to pick themselves up and fight, be determined.
"Leeds are a tremendous side, I think they are brilliant, but we've seen a performance like that against Liverpool and then we can't do the defending right tonight.
"Leeds overran us, won 5-0 and they deserved it. I was shocked to see such a poor performance and we have to work hard to put it right. Consistency is everything for us. We can't seem to get a consistency of attacking and defending right.
"When we lost the ball and tried to defend we were terrible, we have got to get that balance right in the transition. Life will get difficult if we cant get results quickly.
"[The own goal] is a mistake, Romaine [Sawyers] thought the keeper was there but he should have looked. It was a bizarre goal, the last thing we wanted. Before I came we were riddled with conceding early goals and this time we gave them a Christmas present.
"We need to make sure we don't dish up another performance like that. Liverpool was fantastic, but this was dreadful unfortunately."
Man Utd 0-0 Wolves
Really nice play from Max Kilman to keep possession near the left touchline for Wolves. He plays it over the top for Rayan Ait-Nouri to chase.
He tries to pick out Pedro Neto on the edge of the box but it's away by Aaron Wan-Bissaka.
Man Utd 0-0 Wolves
Joao Moutinho gets there ahead of Paul Pogba and sets Adama Traore free on the counter. Moutinho carries on his run for support, with Pedro Neto over on the left, but United get bodies back into position quickly and Wolves have to reset with a switch around the back.
FT: West Brom 0-5 Leeds
Leeds United
Leeds goalscorer Jack Harrison, speaking to MOTD: "We took control of the game and we capitalise on any chances that we had.
"With Marcelo [Bielsa], he wants us to be aggressive and when we do that, we can create problems for the defenders. Once we created that danger, we were able to build off of that and it was a good starting point for us.
"I was pleased with the way that we managed the game tonight. Other games we've scored goals but we have let teams get back into it but tonight we controlled it really well and we dominated the game. I'm really proud of us as a team.
"When you're coming into this game, you know how important it is to keep a clean sheet. You've got to have a lot of talent to keep them out of the game and we just tried to create as many chances as we could."
Man Utd 0-0 Wolves
Alex Telles' cross is cleared by Romain Saiss but only to Bruno Fernandes. He hits it first time from 25 yards out but it's blocked.
Aaron Wan-Bissaka then slips as he closes down Ruben Neves and ends up clattering into him.
FT: Southampton 0-0 West Ham
Southampton
Southampton assistant manager Richard Kitzbichler to Amazon Prime: "We can be happy with this point. It’s a little bit the final action, the last punch around the box, which is missing at the moment.
"We have had a good development [this year]. We have really taken steps forward, even today we were dominating in their half, keeping possession, [the goals] will come again - it was positive all around [this year]."
Man Utd 0-0 Wolves
Bruno Fernandes sees the run of Edinson Cavani, who cuts across the two centre-backs and over to the far side of the box.
There's too much on the pass though and he can't quite keep it in play.
FT: Southampton 0-0 West Ham
West Ham United
West Ham manager David Moyes speaking to Amazon Prime on whether he is happy with a draw: "I'd have to say yes after the first 15 minutes, we barely had a kick, Southampton were very good but I thought we really grew into the game in the second half.
"I think we have players who can come in [and do well]. We have perhaps not played as well as we would like in recent games but the players who have come in have done great. I felt this was a time to give the other boys an opportunity."
FT: Brighton 0-1 Arsenal
Arsenal
Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta speaking to Amazon Prime: "We know we've been struggling with results. The fact we won against Chelsea was a big boost. To come here and get another win was massively important.
"I'm proud for the boys and happy for the result. [Alexandre] Lacazette is in a good moment. He's full of confidence. We wanted to change the team in the second half and give it some freshness.
"We weren't threatening in certain areas. In the second half we looked much more confident and we were playing more forward.
"The best medicine is wins. It's a different world and a different story. The picture looks much better."
On 2020: "Any manager it's hard enough considering the context - it's been quite a challenge. I've suffered in some moments but I have great people around me."
Man Utd 0-0 Wolves
Nice, intricate play from United. Bruno Fernandes plays a one-two with Mason Greenwood. He pokes it on to Edinson Cavani in the box and he backheel flicks it, hoping to find Marcus Rashford, but it's one touch too many.
Man Utd 0-0 Wolves
Wolves are now looking much more threatening. They win the ball high up and Adama Traore cuts it back to the edge of the box.
It's allowed to run through to Ruben Neves and he sends a wicked shot towards David de Gea, who has to punch it away as it's swerving dangerously through the air.
