Crystal Palace

Crystal Palace boss Roy Hodgson, speaking to BBC Sport: "I thought the performance throughout was very good, even in the first half when we came in at one down. I felt we had a bit more to give and we showed that in the second half. It looked for long spells that our pressure and taking the game to Tottenham might not pay off so when we got it I felt it was a reward for the effort the players put in."

On Vicente Guaita's performance: "[The goal he conceded] was a bit unfortunate. He was caught on the wrongfoot slightly for their goal, of course he was not happy with it but we came back with a vengeance and at the end of the day we were thankful to our goalkeeper for pulling off a couple of great saves in the final few minutes.

On having fans back: "It was great, it was important we showed the fans what a good team we are and we gave them a performance and a spectacle. It was their first game for a long time and we have sent them home happy. It is a good day all round."

The game has started off with a real intensity. There's a lovely feel about the place and the atmosphere really adds to it.

All the action has been at the Liverpool end. It’s been a good start for Fulham.

Fulham have been excellent in the early stages - very positive. Ademola Lookman is tackled right on the edge of the area.

Crystal Palace

Crystal Palace manager Roy Hodgson speaking to Sky Sports on falling behind early on: "It was a bit unfortunate the way we went behind. Our goalkeeper [Vicente Guaita] had an excellent game and I didn't expect [Harry Kane's shot] to go in, knowing how good our keeper is.

"We were threatening to get the equaliser, it came quite late but it gave us an awful lot of pleasure and I thought we deserved it as well."

On goalscorer Jeffrey Schlupp: "He got a lot of chances today. We didn't force as many saves as they did but I felt we had as many chances to score."

On Guaita's performance in goal: "He made two great saves at the end, one from close range and of course Eric Dier's free-kick. He had a very good game. Had he not mad the mistake I'm not sure he would have felt as good after making the late saves."

On the returning supporters: "The supporters were great. I told the players it's not what they can give us it's what we can give them and I thought we produced an excellent spectacle today. They got behind us and appreciated it and luckily we welcomed them back on a good day."
