    Anthony Martial (33 mins)

They've come from behind to lead again! Paul Pogba whips a cracking pass over the top from deep, first-time, a defence-splitter and Anthony Martial is in on goal and though Aaron Ramsdale comes out and makes a touch, it falls for Martial again to poke in.

Stan The Man: This boy called Marcus Rashford. He's coming of age.

Steven Wyeth: Muted celebrations from the @ManUtd contingent behind the bench to @MarcusRashford’s equaliser. No more than the cancelling out of/reset to Henderson’s error.

Richard Browne: This is clueless from Wilder, has to go before Sheff are already down.

Marcus Rashford has looked the most dangerous player on the pitch, and that was a beautiful run from the left flank inside to collect Victor Lindelof's lofted pass.

A nice way to crown his FifaFair Play award earlier this evening in recognition of his inspirational charity work to combat child poverty.

Half a chance for the hosts, Chris Basham arrives at the back post to meet a David McGoldrick cross but he can't quite reach and keep his header down.

That is brilliant. It's a good ball, Sheffield United keep a high line and Rashford's run makes the ball, he goes from out to in.

The touch makes the goal, the touch is brilliant, it sets him right in front of him and then he strikes a mean strike - great goal from Rashford.

He has been one of Manchester United's best players this season.

  8. goal

GOAL - Sheffield United 1-1 Manchester Unitedpublished at 20:26 Greenwich Mean Time 17 December 2020

    Marcus Rashford (26 mins)

There you go! What a goal that is too. Victor Lindelof hits a crisp, long ball over the top from deep in his own half, Marcus Rashford brings it down with a superb touch and then lashes in a rasping drive from about 16 yards out.

    Superb goal.

Confirmation that Ollie Burke is OK to carry on as Marcus Rashford skims a header well wide at the other end.

Manchester United can't get started. When they do get the ball forward their forwards are offside. It's not been good enough yet.

Is this another muscle injury? Oliver Burke is now down in a heap. He's going to be OK.

It was close to being onside, not very close to a goal.

And now a great chance for Manchester United, Marcus Rashford puts it over but the flag was raised anyway.

    Ooooh that was close.

Tonight was a mistake from Dean Henderson, but it is not good the way Manchester United keep conceding early goals and it is something Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will want to address.

When you are coming in for the regular number one, you want a nice, easy night - Henderson needs to put it to the back of his mind now.

    So nearly two!

Chris Basham starts the move with a cracking piece of skill on halfway, he drives forwards and it's squared to John Fleck, who curls wide from the edge of the area.

    So close!

Sheffield United would stay bottom even if they do win tonight but at least safety will be within sight.

McGoldrick is important to Sheffield United but needs to add more goals - that goal will give him huge confidence. He does the horrible stuff outside the box, links the play.

Good to see the visitors reverting to type. Manchester United have a 100% record away from home in the league this season but they have trailed in each of those wins.

Is another one of those 'pull-yer-socks-up' performances due?
