West Ham start to move the ball around a little quicker on the right but Jarrod Bowen's cross is then straight at Jordan Pickford.

He sprints to the edge of the box looking for a quick release but I think that's just to warm himself up...

I'd like to see some successive passes completed from both teams.

The quality has just been so down on previous games we have seen in the Premier League.

West Ham take a quick free-kick as Bernard isn't looking on the left. Aaron Cresswell feeds it through to Declan Rice and he drills one across the six-yard area.

It's a terrific cross but there's nobody there to get a touch on it. That was as good a chance as we've had.

Declan Rice drives with the ball down the left and lays it off to Pablo Fornals. He tries to cut inside of Seamus Coleman and wins a throw-in.

I'd like to see anyone take Ben Godfrey on in a race, I wonder who could actually out-run him.

He is absolutely rapid. Put him in one-on-one situation and he looks so comfortable.

I'd go as far as to say he's one of the best defenders in a one v one situation I've seen in a long, long time.

Mason Holgate makes a mess of a simple long ball and he's put under pressure by Sebastian Haller. Abdoulaye Doucoure has to help him out.

Everton then go up the other end through Richarlison, who strikes it well but it's blocked.

Declan Rice wants a one-two with Vladimir Coufal but his team-mate goes back to Craig Dawson.

You could visibly see Rice's frustration. It's just so slow.

Tom Davies' pass with the outside of his boot is awkward for West Ham but it's scrambled away by Darren Randolph.

Sebastien Haller then tries to find Craig Dawson but his touch is heavy and Everton can break.

Again, Richarlison makes a nice run but the pass is poor. Lacking quality.

On fixture postponements...

You want clarity. That's the biggest thing the players and staff want.

If there's going to be a cancellation it needs to be known sooner.

Bring out the reasons why, make it clear quicker. It's communication, that's all we want from the situation - to know why they have made decisions.

Back under way. No changes at the break. Still waiting for the first goal of 2021.

We know Michail Antonio hasn't got many minutes in him but hopefully we'll see him in the second half.

Paul Garnett: Not sure what people are complaining about. That was comfortably the best half of Premier League football we have seen all year.
