We're going to have to see a change of approach from Spurs, they are just running into dead ends.

Brighton are looking dangerous and the much more likely to score next.

They're attacking again, but Solly March can't keep his effort down from Leandro Trossard's cross.

Leandro Trossard almost picks out Neal Maupay with a pass into the box following a mazy run, but Spurs do well to keep Maupay away from the ball before Hugo Lloris can gather.

Ah, there it is!

Son Heung-min breaks at pace down the left and passes to Steven Bergwijn, who creates a yard of space on the edge of the penalty area but drags his low shot wide of the target.

That was never troubling Robert Sanchez.

Brighton have been the better team so far. None of the Spurs attackers are making any inroads into the defence, but they may be looking to get Sissoko to help them out high on that wing-back role.

No shots of any kind for Tottenham so far as we approach the half hour mark.

Brighton have managed five, though only one of those has found the target.

Spurs need to find another gear to get back into this.

Tanguy Ndombele is in a bit of pain after getting caught on the foot, but makes a swift recovery.

Meanwhile, Brighton earn themselves another corner but Spurs head clear without trouble.
