  1. Rangers still pressingpublished at 39 mins

    St Johnstone 0-0 Rangers

Referee Nick Walsh has been pretty lenient with some of the challenges tonight - for both teams - and Ryan Kent is upset not to get a free-kick after his enterprising run at the St Johnstone defence is brought to a shuddering halt.

Rangers soon regain possession and continue to pepper the box with passes and crosses but Saints eventually repel the danger.

  2. County lose Stewart to injurypublished at 35 mins

    Celtic 1-0 Ross County

Leigh Griffiths is almost in behind the County defence but Callum Morris gets in a vital touch with a lunging recovery tackle at the edge of the penalty box.

Moments later, striker Ross Stewart goes down in a heap after a clash with Christopher Jullien and and he can't continue. It looks like a hamstring issue as he walks off to be replaced by Oli Shaw.

  3. KICK-OFF Dundee United 0-0 Kilmarnockpublished at 18:33

We're under way at Tannadice in the later kick-off, meaning all six Premiership games are now on.

  4. Slick Celtic start eventually pays offpublished at 18:32

    Celtic 1-0 Ross County

    Martin Dowden
BBC Sport Scotland at Celtic Park

Celtic opened up with real intent and forced corner after corner early on but failed to genuinely threaten County’s goal.

That was until Jeremie Frimpong got to the byeline and pulled an accurate cut back for David Turnbull who found space and slotted home. Exactly what Celtic needed to break through their effective opponents.

John Hughes had his side very well drilled defensively with a licence to get up the pitch when possible. It had working fairly well up to the goal. It’ll be interesting to see if they alter their approach and try to test Celtic’s back line.

  5. HITS THE WOODWORKpublished at 15 mins

    Motherwell 0-0 Aberdeen

Curtis Main heads onto the bar from an Aberdeen corner. So close to a goal against his former club.

  6. goal

GOAL St Johnstone 0-2 Rangerspublished at 18:30 Greenwich Mean Time 23 December 2020

    Glen Kamara

A superb second from Rangers as Joe Aribo's perfectly timed pass glides on to the run of Glen Kamara and the midfielder just nudges the ball past Zander Clark with the outside of his right foot. Clinical.

It's fantastic skill from Frimpong, not only to get to the byline but to pick out Turnbull, because there was a lot of bodies in there. He gets just enough pace on the cross.

    He must score! No...

Craig Sibbald drills a low effort towards goal which falls to Jon Guthrie just a few yards from goal, but he somehow diverts the ball wide.

Livingston could be out of sight here.

  10. CLOSE!published at 25 mins

    Hamilton Academical 0-0 Livingston

Josh Mullin's delivery is causing major problems for Accies.

The former Ross County man's deep cross is flicked on by a defending Hamilton head and drifts just wide.

Great work from Jeremie Frimpong, who turns Josh Reid inside out to drive into the penalty box and his cut-back from the byline finds David Turnbull, who guides in a first-time effort from 10 yards.

  13. goal

GOAL St Johnstone 0-1 Rangerspublished at 18:22 Greenwich Mean Time 23 December 2020

    Kemar Roofe

Rangers have the lead in Perth. Glen Kamara pounces on loose possession in midfield, drives forward and squares for Ianis Hagi. The Romanian hits a low left-foot shot that Zander Clark palms out and Kemar Roofe is on hand to poke in the rebound.

A little look from Roofe to check he's not offside and he's off to celebrate his 11th goal of the season.

  15. Oi Ref!published at 19 mins

    Celtic 0-0 Ross County

Referee Euan Anderson gets in the way as Odsonne Edouard tries to wriggle away from an opponent and inadvertently brings down the Celtic striker. He keeps his cards in his pocket and decides on a drop-ball.

  16. Livi looking sharppublished at 18:19

    Hamilton Accies 0-0 Livingston

    Jane Lewis
    BBC Sport Scotland

The visitors are enjoying plenty of possession, and on the ball they look really good. Short sharp passing, then they’ll mix it up with some longer range passing. Some really nice play, which has carved Accies open at times, although to no avail yet for Livi. A good start for them though.

We have our first goal in tonight's Premiership extravaganza! And it's a cracker...

Intricate and patient play around the St Mirren box leads to Martin Boyle playing a short pass into the feet of Kevin Nisbet, who manages to take one touch and curl the ball into the top corner.

    Hamilton Academical 0-0 Livingston

Josh Mullin whips in a dangerous crosses from the right, and again it meets the head of Scott Robinson.

However, rather than going for goal at the back post Robinson decides to try to head across the six-yard box, but there is no one there...
