It was good play by Ben Davies. He drove it into Harry Kane, Kane had a good touch but he was just stretching and Ryan Allsop made a good save. Great goalkeeping by Allsop, came off his line really quickly.

    Wycombe 1-1 Tottenham

It's getting harder and harder for Wycombe to get out of their own half - the ball just keeps coming back at them.

And Harry Kane is almost in there!

The England forward takes Ben Davies' cross well, gets a toe to it but Ryan Allsop does superbly to get something on the ball and Jack Grimmer hooks off the line.

Wycombe are still in this game, so they'll be happy. And that's credit to Wycombe as to how well they have done that Jose Mourinho has had to go to his bench and make changes. Jose does not want extra time!

    Wycombe 1-1 Tottenham

Harry Kane works a bit of space on the edge of the box and whips a dangerous ball into the area, but there's no one there for Spurs.

Jose Mourinho is going to make two changes. Erik Lamela and Lucas Moura make way, Tanguy Ndombele and Son Heung-min come on.

    Jose means business...

Gareth Ainsworth is signalling Akinfenwa - come on, that's who we want to see! Also looks like Kashket will be coming on, so two attackers. Their direction will be to cause Tottenham problems, don't let them settle.

Class from Gareth Bale once more. He's enjoying himself out there.

The Spurs winger bursts past his man and drives a ball into the box, but Wycombe have bodies back and it's well cleared in the end.

If we get through this and play as well as we have in the second half Everton will have no chance.

With a huge game against Liverpool on Thursday Mourinho is pulling the trigger and risking our big players too early.

Gareth Bale has looked sharp tonight. I know he missed a few chances in the first half but he does look sharp. It's like he has a point to prove but he needs minutes on the pitch. If you give him minutes, then he will deliver.

That's a lovely turn from Gareth Bale on halfway, flicking it through his legs and spinning Jason McCarthy. Wonderful.

He looks to feed Harry Kane but the ball just gets away from the Spurs striker.

Neil Whitear: Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg showing why he's so vital to the Spurs team, soon as he comes on the midfield is so much stronger; worry is if he gets injured we've nobody to step into his boots.

It's been all Tottenham this half, they are showing their quality. I don't think Lamela hit it cleanly and it was a good save from Allsop but Tottenham have started strong.

Good save from Ryan Allsop to keep out Erik Lamela, getting down to his right quickly.

The Argentine's effort took a big deflection so the Wycombe keeper did well to react.

Spurs have come out with intent.
