West Brom have agreed a deal to sign Arsenal defender Ainsley Maitland-Niles, 23.
Sam Allardyce had originally hoped to sign the England international last week, before Southampton and Leicester jumped in to inquire about the player.
West Brom are also close to concluding a deal for Celta Vigo midfielder Okay Yokuslu.
Emma has signed off so now we can start the Premier League signings.
Can't believe I've been on this thing for almost seven hours and I saw one Premier League signing.
Watch now, I'll go, Rosto will jump in and suddenly three centre-backs are on their way to Liverpool.
But I'm not bitter. Have fun everyone! Rum is calling...
Tom Rostance is joining us now to take us through to the bitter end.
It's an all-League One fan line-up in this live text now so be prepared for plenty of niche references.
If you're lucky we might tell you if Liverpool sign Ozan Kabak.

Someone who could fulfil Moussa Sissoko's defensive work while being considerably less limited on the ball was the point of concern up until a recent switch to a back three and Tanguy Ndombele moving deeper.
Attention will now default to pre-existing concerns in the centre and on the right side of defence.
The few vague whispers of linked players all seem to be looking forward to the summer. Spurs, as ever, have little interest in active mid-season recruitment, but they will of course always pounce if something falls at their feet at the last minute - Steven Bergwijn last time around.
Sami Khedira has been linked with a move to Everton for much of the transfer window.
But it appears that there's no reunion with his former Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti on the cards for the World Cup winning German midfielder.

There can’t be too many clubs matching Burton Albion for signings in this January transfer window.
They’ve added no fewer than eight new players, as Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink attempts to haul the club off the bottom of the League One table.
Today’s additions include the permanent arrival of midfielder Terry Taylor from Wolves, and on-loan Preston defender Josh Earl.
It’s unlikely Hasselbaink has finished his business either.

Considering we had about nine or 10 centre-backs at the start of the season, we've trimmed the squad nicely and the next seems to be Shkodran Mustafi.
Mustafi played under Mikel Arteta initially and even played the FA Cup semi-final but got injured and has been unable to win his place back.
If Arsenal were to do any business today, I would love a left-footed left-back to arrive as cover for Kieran Tierney. Cedric Soares has proved he can do a job but if Ainsley Maitland-Niles goes, it leaves his covering both full-back positions.
Tom in London obviously hasn't watched Oxford left-back Josh Ruffels this season.

Has nobody said Erling Braut Haaland yet? The best footballer in Europe this season!

It's very easy to assess our transfer business so far this window, it's quite simply a case of no one has left and no one has come in. Given the current situation, I can't say it's a surprise. Clubs are reluctant to let players go out with the current games schedule and there isn't too much money around for clubs to spend.
I would really like us to spend some money before Monday night. A central defender and a wide right player might be the main considerations although there are other positions where we might like to strengthen. It's a hope; not an expectation. Anything now would be a welcome surprise.
The Josh Maja to Fulham reports are gaining more traction.
The Cottagers are desperate for back-up firepower to Aleksandar Mitrovic.
Does former Sunderland striker Josh Maja fit the bill? He was on fire for the Black Cats before leaving League One for Ligue 1.

Is it just me or would Ainsley Maitland-Niles be a really good signing for West Brom?

West Brom are back in pole position to sign Arsenal defender Ainsley Maitland-Niles.
Sam Allardyce thought he was going to land the England international last week, but it appeared the chance had gone when his interest became public.
Southampton and Leicester then inquired about the player.
However, Arsenal did want to let Maitland-Niles join a club who are in contention for a Champions League place and Southampton pulled out due to the time it was taking to conclude a deal.
That allowed West Brom to move back in and the transfer is expected to be concluded before tonight’s 11pm deadline.
West Brom are also close to concluding a deal for Celta Vigo midfielder Okay Yokuslu.
We have an update on the Ainsley Maitland-Niles situation...

George Taft has completed a permanent move from Bolton to fellow League Two side Scunthorpe United.
The switch comes after the central defender had initially moved to the north Lincolnshire club on loan last month.
